Aqua Rooms is located in the village of Valti, near Sikia, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, 50 meters from the sea. Thanks to its excellent location close to the beach, this accommodation is an ideal choice for guests who seek a peaceful holiday in a natural environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The special advantages of this accommodation include proximity to the beach, a landscaped courtyard, private parking, and a pleasant family atmosphere that makes it suitable for both couples and families.

The property consists of three accommodation units, two triple studios and one quadruple apartment. The triple studios are located on the ground floor and consist of an open sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom. Designed for up to three adults, they feature a double bed and a single sofa. The quadruple apartment, also on the ground floor, comprises a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, and can accommodate up to four adults with a double bed and bunk beds available. The interior of the accommodation units is simple and functional, creating a pleasant atmosphere that provides everything needed for a carefree summer vacation.

All units are equipped with air conditioning, included in the price, WiFi, a Smart TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchens are suitable for preparing light meals and are equipped with two ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.

Each unit has a private veranda, offering a pleasant space for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or relaxation after returning from the beach. The accommodation provides views of the landscaped courtyard, the street, and partially the sea. Guests have access to a beautifully landscaped and fenced yard with a lawn, as well as an outdoor shower, especially convenient after returning from the beach. A shared barbecue is also available for guests to use during their stay.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three days, providing guests with a more pleasant and carefree stay during their vacation.

There are four private parking spaces available to guests within the property. Parking is included in the accommodation price, allowing guests to use their car without worries to explore the numerous beaches and places in Sithonia.

Valti Beach is located 50 meters from the accommodation. It is a long sandy beach with a gradual entrance into the crystal-clear water, making it suitable for families with children and those who enjoy a quieter environment. The well-known Sykia Beach is about 3 km away, while Klimataria Beach is approximately 4 km away and is famous for its fine sand and turquoise sea. Tigania Beach is about 5 km from the accommodation and is one of the most beautiful hidden beaches in eastern Sithonia. The center of Sikia is about 6 km away, Sarti around 12 km, and Kalamitsi about 8 km. Thessaloniki is approximately 145 km from the accommodation, while Macedonia International Airport is about 135 km away. Thanks to its proximity to the sea, peaceful surroundings, and good connections to the most beautiful beaches of eastern Sithonia, Aqua Rooms is an excellent choice for guests seeking a relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful parts of Halkidiki.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
