Marina Villa is located in the traditional village of Kalamitsi, on the western side of the island of Lefkada and 20km away from the town of Lefkas. As one of the oldest villages on this island, the place is adorned with the church of Panagia ton Kipon and 13 stone windmills. At the foot of the village of Kalamitsi, there are three wild and pebbly beaches with turquoise blue water - Kavalikefta, Megali Petra and Avali, all located less than 5km from this accommodation.
This apartment is situated on the first floor and is designed to accommodate up to six people, as it comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a sofa for two in the living room with a kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a toilet is also available.
A baby cot can be added within the price and upon request.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
