Katerina Pansion is located at the entrance to Ouranoupolis, at a 5-minute walk from the city center and 100 meters from the beach. There are rooms, studios and apartments, capacity for 2-5 persons. The accommodation exudes comfort, cleanliness and quality (last time renovated in April 2018). The accommodation is open throughout the year.
The building is located on a slight elevation, above the highway. The center is about 500m away. The nearest market, bakery and restaurant are 100m away.

The units are set on the ground floor, on the second and third floors. The owners live on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is an apartment, a quadruple room and a studio. The apartment (43m2, without bathroom and veranda) for 4-5 people is located on the ground floor (four steps above) and is ideal for families. It consists of two rooms, with one double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. The studio can accommodate up to 4 people, has a double bed and a single bed with a pull-out bed. The room can accommodate up to 4 people, has two single beds and one single with a pull-out bed. The units have a well-equipped kitchen with a stove and a large fridge with freezer, a bathroom (with a shower with a curtain) and a veranda facing the sea.
On the second floor there is one double room and one double and two triple studios, as well as a common room, where you can read or sit with your laptop. The double room (15m2) has two single beds, a small fridge and a terrace with a beautiful sea view. The double studio (13m2) has a double bed, a kitchenette (hotplate, sink, small fridge), a bathroom (shower with curtain) and a terrace. One triple studio has three single beds, a bathroom (shower with curtain) and a terrace with a kitchenette with a small fridge. The second triple studio (Deluxe, 18m2) has one double and one single bed, a kitchenette with a small fridge, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea.
On the third floor (attic) there is a superior studio (27m2) which has two single beds and one single with a pull-out bed, and can accommodate up to four people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a hotplate and a medium-sized fridge with freezer compartment, a bathroom (shower with curtain) and a terrace with a built-in barbecue. The terrace offers a splendid and picturesque view of Ouranopolis.
All units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, hairdryer and a terrace with awning. There is also a tap at guests’ disposal. A crib can be obtained on request but can not fit in every unit.
The accommodation also has a front desk, which is on call during the day.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels, is done every three days. Bed linen is changed for 4 days.
Private parking is not provided, but guests can park nearby.
