The house is located 70m away from the beach, the nearest market is at 40m, and the town center is approximately 400m away.
It offers four brand new quadruple studios (No. A1, A2, No. 11 and No. 9) and one triple studio (No. 10) located on the third floor. The triple studios have one double and one single bed, two quadruple studios (A1 and A2) have one double and single bed with a pull-out bed, while the other two quadruple studios (No. 11 and No. 9) have one double, one single bed, and a sofa bed. Quadruple studios A1 and A2 have a side sea view, while the others have a street view.
There is also a five-bed apartment with two bedrooms (No. 8) which has a double and two single beds, and a sofa bed. It is located on the ground floor, a few steps above ground level.
In the other part of the house, there are three triple studios, two of them (No. 4, 5) have one double and one single bed, and one (No. 6) has three single beds. They are located on the second floor. Currently, they are not available for reservations.
All studios are equipped with TV, air conditioning, and internet, a kitchenette with a stove, a small fridge with a freezer compartment (only the apartment has a large one) and necessary utensils, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a terrace with a dining table and chairs. Towels and bed linen are changed halfway through the stay, while guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.
This accommodation does not have a yard or parking, but guests can park on the street near the house.
When you enter Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, turn into the street towards the football field across from Villa Doxa (on your right). Then, turn left and continue straight until you reach the fourth left turn, where you will see this house on your right after 20m.
