Avra Apartments is a well-maintained accommodation located in one of the most beautiful locations in the Paradissos area, close to the popular Blue Flag beach. It offers neat, comfortable and airy apartments, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and quality stay.
The famous beach Paradissos, with taverns and various bars, is only 70 meters away. The nearest supermarket is just over 100m away, the center of Neos Marmaras is about 1 km away, and city beach is about 2km away.
Quality apartments are located on the first and second floor, they are very similarly equipped, and can accommodate 2-5 people. They have a folding sofa bed and a single bed in the kitchen room, as well as a double bed in a separate bedroom. The kitchen with dining area is equipped with a mini stove with oven and a large refrigerator with freezer, while the bathroom has a shower (no cabin or bathtub - only tiles) and a hairdryer.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet, satellite TV and air conditioning, mosquito nets, as well as a balcony with side sea view or street and yard view - equipped with table and chairs. Bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay, and guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are allowed in agreement with the owner with an extra charge.
In the paved yard in front of the accommodation the guests have at their disposal barbecue, picnic area, seating and dining sets, sunbathing veranda, as well as large safe parking lot with space for everyone.
If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, it is best to turn right from the main road to the Paradissos area at about 150m before the BP gas station, at the turnoff to the supermarket. After a little more than 100 meters you will see the accommodation on your left.
Avra Apartments could be a good choice for all those looking for clean and comfortable accommodation near the beach in a quiet location, but also close to Neos Marmaras, the center of all events in Sithonia.
