If you want decent accommodation, close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Vagelis Studios is the right choice for you. Tucked away in natural greenery, vines, and flowers, this accommodation is a real oasis of peace and can be an excellent choice for both couples and families with children.
The accommodation is about 200m from the beach, the main promenade, taverns, and markets.
Vagelis Studios consists of four buildings, one with two three-bed studios (23m2), two buildings with three four-bed studios each (25m2, 26m2), and another with three two-bedroom apartments (52m2). Each studio has one double bed and additionally either a sofa for one person or bunk beds, depending on the capacity of the studio.
The studios in the first building share the space in front, but a table with chairs is provided for each.
Three studios in the second building have partitioned terraces, with a gate in between, so two families who know each other can join the terraces (4m2 each).
The third building has three four-bed studios. These studios have two entrances, so they are very well-lit. At the front and back entrances, they have verandas with sofas (each studio has its own sofa), but we would like to note that the verandas are not partitioned. Bathrooms in studios have wooden sliding doors.
The fourth building has three six-bed apartments. All apartments have two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two single beds, while in the living room, there is a folding sofa that can be converted into a double bed. They have large balconies in the shade, ideal for family meals. Although the apartment has five beds, we would like to note that if the children are big or all the people are adults, it is not completely comfortable. The apartment is suitable for families with small children.
All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning, WiFi, mosquito nets, and satellite television. The kitchens in both apartments and studios are equipped with the necessary dishes. In addition to cooking utensils, they also have a toaster, a coffee maker, a stove with two or three hotplates and a small oven or mini two-burner stove, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment in some accommodation units, while in some accommodation units, there is a large fridge with a freezer. Each accommodation unit has a rack for drying clothes. We would like to mention that the bathrooms have sliding doors and a shower tub behind the curtain.
The courtyard of the villa is full of flowers and greenery with plenty of natural shade, a playground for children, a large brick barbecue, a dining table, and sunbeds that cannot be taken to the beach, but can only be used in the yard.
All accommodation units overlook the courtyard and vineyards and have direct access to the courtyard.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three nights.
Private parking is opposite the accommodation and there is space for all cars.
Coming from the direction of Toronija, as soon as you turn off the main road in Kalamica, you will come across Vagelis Studios on the right.
Vagelis Studios is a good choice for families with children who want to enjoy a quiet location, not far from the beach.
