Iria Apartment is located in the center of one of the lively places on Thassos. It is a new and modernly equipped accommodation, which offers guests privacy and comfort, with two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and all other necessities for a pleasant stay.

It is situated right in the center of Limenaria. The nearest market is 180m away.

The beach is 400m away from the accommodation.

This is a duplex apartment (65m2), a unit that has two separate bedrooms and can accommodate four to five people. Both bedrooms consist of a double bed and air conditioning. The living room is also separated by doors and it contains a sofa where a child can sleep, as well as the third A/C. There is a private veranda attached to one of the bedrooms, specifically the room on the left, with a view of the street.

Guests have access to WiFi, TV, three air conditioners, a safe, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with two hobs, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, and a veranda. Bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin that has a glass partition.

Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every three days, while bed linen is changed every four days.

There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicle in front of the accommodation, in nearby streets where there is usually space, or in a public parking lot nearby.
