Xenonas Nostos Rooms is an accommodation in the center of Ammouliani. It offers five accommodation units (one with a kitchen), and in addition to the good location, its main advantage is private parking.

The nearest small beach is at 300m, and the nearest large and organized beach is about 1km away. The nearest bakery is across the street, and the nearest supermarket and restaurant are 50m away.

There are four double rooms and one triple studio.

Double rooms (15-17m2) are on the first floor. They have one double or two single beds, a small fridge and a hot plate for coffee preparation.

The triple studio (30m2) is on the second floor, in the attic. It has one double and a single sofa bed, large fridge, mini-stove with oven and a sea view.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, terrace, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a safe box. Baby cot is available on request. Bathrooms have shower tubs, some with a curtain and some without.

Cleaning, as well as replacement towels and bed linen, is performed every third day.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
