Our description

Xenonas Nostos Rooms is an accommodation in the center of Ammouliani. It offers seven accommodation units (three with a kitchen), and in addition to the good location, its main advantage is private parking.

The nearest small beach is at 300m, and the nearest large and organized beach is about 1km away. The nearest bakery is across the street, and the nearest supermarket and restaurant are 50m away.

There are four double rooms, one triple studio and two apartments (for four i.e. five people). One of the apartments has a ramp and it's suitable for people with disabilities.

Double rooms (15-17m2) are on the first floor. They have one double or two single beds, a small fridge and a hot plate for coffee preparation.

The triple studio (30m2) is on the second floor, in the attic. It has one double and a single sofa bed, large fridge, mini-stove with oven and a sea view.

Apartments (40m2) are located on the ground floor and have a kitchen with a one-ring hob. The quintuple apartment has one double and a single bed in the kitchen and another double bed in the bedroom. The quadruple apartment has two single beds in the kitchen, one double bed in the bedroom and two bathrooms.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, terrace, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a safe box. Baby cot is available on request. Bathrooms have shower tubs, some with a curtain and some without.

Cleaning, as well as replacement towels and bed linen, is performed every third day.

Owners description

Xenonas Nostos Rooms is the traditional guest house at just 50m from the Island's port, available throughout the year. There are four rooms, two spacious apartments and one studio available. Accommodation units are air-conditioned and fully equipped with bathroom, shower, hairdryer, coffee machine, safe box, kitchen, refrigerator, LCD TV, free WiFi internet and a private balcony for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The guesthouse is located in a very convenient location in the center of the island, next to the harbour, park and the bus stop, with easy access to the shops.

Double rooms (15m2) No. 1 & 2 are located on the first floor. They have one double bed, mosquito screens, hotplate for coffee, dishes, teacups, glasses and a private balcony.

Double rooms (17m2) No. 3 & 4 are located on the first floor. They feature one double and the auxiliary bed for a child, mosquito screens, hotplate for coffee, dishes, teacups, glasses and a private balcony.

Our unique attic studio is located on the second floor. It accommodates a maximum of three persons in one double and a sofa bed. It has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, mini-stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cups and dining utensils.

The quadruple apartment consists of two rooms, with one double, i.e two single beds and two bathrooms. Each room has its own air conditioner and LED TV. It's located on the ground floor, with two large terraces (in the front and the back) and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils.

The quintuple apartment consists of two rooms, with two double and one single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and LED 40'' TV and a large bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor, with two large terraces (in the front and the back).
