Hotel Description

Jordanis Houses is new and good quality accommodation located directly opposite the main entrance to the Psili Ammos beach. It is on an uphill and that’s why it has beautiful sea view. In the garden there is parking.

The closest beach Psili Ammos is right across the street. Accommodation is on an uphill so the beach is 80m away.

Modernly furnished, first opened for the season 2016. this accommodation offers three units: 4 bed apartment, triple studio and triple bungalow.

On the first floor there’s a four-bed duplex apartment (45m2) with huge veranda and stunning view. It consists of two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. The living room is not big and apart from kitchen, there is also a sofa bed. In the first bedroom there’s a one double bed, and in the other there are two single beds. In addition to the large terrace where you can exit from the living room, in front of the apartment there is also a sitting area with table and chairs.

Three-bed studio (23m2) is located on the ground floor and consists of a double bed and folding armchair. It’s ideal for two adults with a child. In front of the studio there’s a space with sitting set.

Three-bed bungalow (25m2) is the last in row in Jordanis Villas complex. It’s a small house located behind the main building, with a sea view from the terrace. It has a double bed and armchair bed. In front of the entrance there’s a space with outdoor seating.

All units have a kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and free internet access.

Cleaning, as well as sheets and towels replacement is done every five days.

The yard is beautifully decorated with a sea view and spacious terraces.

Within the yard there’s also a private parking.

From the direction of Potos, on the left side of the road, not more than 50m from the beach, you will see Jordanis House.

You will reach the accommodation by continuing another 5km from Potos and entering Psili Ammos Beach. Before the Batis restaurant, you will see the Jordanis houses sign.

Potos is about 5km away. It takes about five minutes drive to the center with the shops, restaurants, souvenir shops and a promenade full of tourists. For everyday shopping, you can go to the supermarket located at only 50 meters, right next to the restaurant Batis, while the first major supermarket is located at about 800m in Astris.

If you are looking for quality accommodation at a few minutes from the beach, with sea view and private parking, Jordanis Houses can be an excellent choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
