Armonia Guest House is situated on the peninsula of Athos, in Nea Roda - a small town perfect for a peaceful vacation, with a beautiful seaside promenade lined with restaurants and cafes boasting fantastic views of the sea, ideal for enjoying. This accommodation is located 400m away from the nearest beach.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and it can accommodate up to four people. It consists of one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two. A baby cot is also available to guests, upon request, within the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, an iron, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, and a small oven, necessary utensils for dining and preparing meals, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, coffee maker for filter coffee, espresso machine and machine for milk frother. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

Guests can spend warm summer days on the balcony equipped with an umbrella and seating set or in the yard preparing a barbecue.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is carried out every third day.

There is no private parking available, but free parking can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
