Our description
Elvis Nest Studio is a quiet accommodation in Nea Moudania, just 150m from the beach. There are two new and modern units on the ground floor - quadruple studio and apartment, ideal for guests looking for privacy and peace. The owners live up the stairs, they're kind and unobtrusive always ready to help.
The center is 700m away, the nearest supermarket and bakery are at 400m, and the nearest restaurant is 170m away.
The studio (30m2) is air-conditioned, with one double and a sofa bed for two, internet, TV, porch, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, hot plates, toaster, electric kettle and dishes, and the bathroom has a shower cabin. Baby cot and feeding chair are available on request.
From the season 2022 there is and one apartment (40m2).
Cleaning, as well as towels and linen replacement, is performed every four days.
In front of the studio is a large seating area overlooking the courtyard and the city, and in the courtyard there is a fountain with a hose.
There's no private parking, so guests can park their vehicles on the street.
The nearby beach is wide and sandy. In that part, the closest to the accommodation, there is a beach bar, where can you order food, a playground and a tavern, and there are other taverns around, which are not on the beach, but are very close.

Elvis Nest Studio is located in Nea Moudania, in a central yet quiet and hospitable environment. It features a brand new, luxurious and modern studio on the ground floor, fully furnished and elegantly decorated. The studio is spacious, with air conditioning, an equipped kitchen with a toaster, coffee and tea-making facilities, free WiFi internet, TV and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
There's a large patio in front of the studio, with sitting area and a view of the garden and the city.
Free public parking is also available.
The nearest organized beach is at 150m, the center of Nea Moudania is a 10-minute walk away, while Thessaloniki International Airport is a 30-minute drive away (51km).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je na odlicnoj lokaciji, toplo preporucujemo porodicama s malom decom, plaza je pesice udaljena 5 min hoda. (Mi + dete 4 godine i beba 8 meseci). Apartman je izvrstan a posebno mi se svidelo prostrano kupatilo, i deo za bastu - ispred smestaja - koji je bio uvek u prijatnom hladu. Na kraju, vlasnik i domacin Fotis sa porodicom je bio predusretljiv, prijatan i svaka pohvala za brigu o gostima i jedinicama!
