Amo El Mar House is located in the peaceful surroundings of picturesque Porto Koufo, an authentic fishing village known for its tranquility and natural beauty. The accommodation is just steps from the sea, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy the quiet of the morning and evening walks along the shore. Tastefully and carefully decorated, it offers a pleasant atmosphere, while the spacious yard with a children’s corner adds to the comfort for families. Porto Koufo boasts one of the longest sandy beaches on the Sithonia peninsula, as well as the largest natural harbor in Greece, about 1.5 km long, completely sheltered from the wind. Nestled between hills, the village is calm and wind-free, with a long promenade along the harbor.

The property offers triple and quadruple studios, located either on the elevated ground floor or on the first floor. Each unit features a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The triple studios include a double bed and a single bed, while the quadruple studios offer a double bed and bunk beds.

A baby cot is available on request, free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a single-ring electric stove, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Depending on the floor of the unit, guests have access to either a balcony or a veranda, both furnished with outdoor seating—ideal for relaxation and enjoyment.

Guests can also unwind in the spacious, well-kept, and fenced yard with seating areas and a gazebo, or enjoy barbecuing, while children play safely in the dedicated play area for the youngest visitors.

Pets are allowed at the property upon prior agreement and at no extra charge.

Housekeeping, including linen and towel changes, is provided every three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
