Avaton Luxury Beach Resort is a luxurious complex located in the tranquil village of Komitsa in Ouranoupolis, with direct access to the beach.
This accommodation complex consists of rooms, apartments, or villas, and the stay is based on bed and breakfast or half board. Within this accommodation, there are units designed for accommodation from two to six people. The accommodation units offer views of the sea, pool, mountain, or garden, and are located on the ground floor, first, or second floor.
Double rooms feature a queen-size bed, while quadruple rooms have a queen-size bed and two connected single beds or a sofa for two. Six-bed rooms have a queen-size bed and two connected single beds with pull-out beds.
A baby cot is available upon request, except in Deluxe rooms.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide guests with complimentary WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee machine, a hairdryer, a safe, a private bathroom with a shower and a glass partition. Guests have sun loungers and umbrellas available on the beach included in the price. With an additional fee agreed with the hotel, guests can access services such as airport transfers, water sports, and babysitting.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of accommodation units and replacement of towels and bed linen are done daily.
A parking space is provided for guests staying at the resort.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
