Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Avaton Luxury Beach Resort is an exclusive luxury complex located in the peaceful village of Komitsa, in Uranopolis, with direct access to a beautiful beach.
The accommodation complex can be booked on a bed and breakfast or half-board basis, and the units are suitable for two to six people, offering views of the sea, pool, mountain, or garden, depending on the floor they are located on (ground floor, first, or second floor).
Double rooms have a double bed, while four-person rooms have a double bed and two joined single beds or a sofa bed for two people. Six-person rooms feature a double bed, two joined single beds, and additional drawer beds.
A baby cot is available upon request, except in Deluxe rooms.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi, a TV, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, a safe, and a private bathroom. Depending on the unit type, guests have access to a standard or large refrigerator with a freezer, a kitchen equipped with four ceramic stove tops, an electric kettle, a minibar, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
Depending on the floor, guests can relax on their private balcony or veranda, furnished with seating.
Guests have access to beach loungers and umbrellas free of charge. Additional services such as airport transfers, water sports, and babysitting are available for an extra fee and upon arrangement with the hotel.
Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation units are cleaned daily, and towel and linen changes are included in the price.
Parking is available for guests.
Avaton Luxury Beach Resort is located 11 km from Ierissos, 112 km from Thessaloniki Airport, and only 5 km from Nea Roda, providing a perfect location for enjoying and exploring this part of Halkidiki.
