Our description
Averto Hotel and Apartments is located in the center of Agios Nikitas, at about 300m from the beach. Accommodation offers studios for 2-4 persons. It's good quality accommodation on good location. Guests can use the reception desk, bar with breakfast room and wireless internet.
The closest grocery store and bakery are at 20m.
Studios for two persons (25m2) have one double or two single beds, studios for three persons (30m2) have one double and a single bed, while family studios with a gallery (45m2) have one double bed on the ground floor and two single beds in the open gallery.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate with two rings, fridge with a freezer compartment, bathroom and a terrace.
Replacement of bed linen and towels is done every third day, while cleaning is performed every day.
There' is no private parking, but at about 50m from the hotel there are two public parking spaces with no problem to finding a place, except in the peak of the season.
Pets are allowed with a mandatory booking request.
Accommodation is appropriate for people with disabilities.
After entering Agios Nikitas and reaching the large intersection with a turn to the city beach, on the right-hand side you'll see this accommodation located on the main road.
Averto Hotel and Apartments is an ideal choice for couples and all travellers looking for a good accommodation in a great location. It's a great base for visiting the beaches on the west coast. Disadvantages are the possible problem with parking and possible noise from the main road.

Averto Hotel & Apartments was built in 1998 with a lot of care and affection. Kostas chose the best materials and kept all details of traditional building style. The result is amazing; the cozy atmosphere of the natural environment and the comfortable rooms offer all the conveniences for pleasant holidays in the beautiful island of Lefkada. The village Agios Nikitas, characterized as a preserved community for its unique natural beauty, is particularly welcoming and suggests a great destination for vacation and relaxation.
The complex Averto offers rooms of various types (double, triple, quadruple and quintuple with attic), equipped with private bathroom, TV, refrigerator, kitchen and veranda with breathtaking view.
Continental type breakfast is optionally served and among other includes a toast, eggs, marmalade, cakes, fresh juice etc. Refreshments and coffee are also available all day long. In the nearby taverns of the traditional community of Agios Nikitas, you can enjoy dishes of the traditional cuisine of Lefkas and fresh fish.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
