Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 56 days prior arrival. If cancelled 90 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 75% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Giorgos Villa is located outside the town of Kassiopi, on the island of Corfu, 200m from the beach. This exquisite villa combines neoclassical architecture with modern comfort, nestled between sturdy stone walls, with breathtaking sea views. Surrounded by terraces shaded by olive trees and paths scented with lavender, the villa creates the atmosphere of an ancient rural house, perfectly integrated into nature. The interior reveals a luxurious and sophisticated transformation, with modern amenities and elegance, making it an ideal space for relaxation.
The accommodation unit consists of three levels, structured as a maisonette, and can accommodate 10 adults and one child. On the first level (basement level), there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the second level (ground floor - entrance level), there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and three bathrooms. On the third level (first floor level), there is the main bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. An extra bed can be added.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests have access to a TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, a safe, hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two and four burners, two large ovens, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The bathrooms have a bathtub and a shower tray with a glass partition. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
From the veranda and balcony, furnished with seating sets, guests can enjoy a captivating view of the sea and the garden. In the beautifully landscaped garden, guests have access to a pool with sun loungers, and within the summer house, they can enjoy barbecue preparation with family and friends, creating unforgettable moments in an idyllic setting.
The price for June, July, August, and September includes the service of a personal chef who prepares two meals (breakfast + lunch/dinner). The chef buys the groceries chosen by the guests, and guests pay for them.
Pets are not allowed. Parking is provided for accommodation guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done once a week.
