Hotel Description
Le Chocolate Villa is located at the very beginning of the beach in Paralia Vrasna. It’s a nice chocolate coloured building with 11 studios for 2-5 persons, mostly with a direct or side sea view. Sun loungers and parasols on the beach in front of the accommodation can be used with a coffee or drink from the bar. Next to the beach, guests can use a mobile barbecue. Pets are also welcome.
Supermarket and center are on 250m, and backery 100m far away from accommodation.
- Studio no. 3 is in the basement, there is no terrace, only windows. It has one double bed, two single beds and a single sofa bed.
- Studio no. 4 is in the basement, no terrace, only windows. It has one double and a single bed.
- Studio no. 5 on the high ground floor has a side sea view, one double, two bunk beds and a single sofa bed.
- Studio no. 6 on the high ground floor has a direct sea view, one double and two single beds.
- Studio no. 7 on a high ground floor has a direct sea view, one double, one single and a single sofa bed.
- Studio no. 8 is a small studio on the high ground floor, with a very small terrace (1,5x1,5m) with only a table and two chairs, without a sea view. It has one double and a sofa bed (same as studio no.13).
- Studio no. 9 on the first floor has a side sea view and one double, one single and a sofa bed for one person.
- Studio no. 10 on the first floor has a direct sea view, one double, one single and two bunk beds. This is the largest quintuple studio.
- Studio no. 11 on the first floor has a direct sea view. It has two double and two bunk beds.
- Studio no. 12 on the first floor has a direct sea view, one double, one and two bunk beds.
- Studio no. 13 is located on the first floor, above studio no. 8, it’s absolutely the same, with same terrace and furniture.
An auxiliary bed can be added in each studio, but in that case the studios will be less comfortable.
All studios have a kitchen with two hot plates, small fridge, electric kettle and crockery, bathroom with a shower and curtain, air conditioning, internet and a TV, while baby cot is available on request upon booking. There is also one hairdryer in the villa, available from the owner upon request.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels replacement, as well as laundry service, can be arranged on the spot. The laundry service is charged additionally.
Parking is public, next to the hotel and it has enough space for free and safe parking.
A sandy beach with a shower is just across the street.
As the owners are very friendly and attentive, and the accommodation is set in one of the best locations, on the beach and close to all amenities, Le Chocolate Villa can be the perfect choice for you.

An excellent location for a peaceful retreat. Close to shops, and there is always parking available around the house.

The proximity to the sea is an invaluable advantage, yet the untidiness of the rooms and the lack of change in bedding are significant drawbacks.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
