Our description
Faros Studios is an accommodation in Kariotes, about 100m from the sea and the beach, 150m from the center and 600m from Lygia. Guests have access to private parking, Wi-Fi, a shared barbecue with seating and dining area, a snack bar and free parasols and beach chairs.
The nearest bakery and shop are about 400m away.
We offer two-bed studios (20-25m2) with one double bed, three-bed studios (28m2) with one double and single bed, as well as four-bed studios (28m2) with one double bed and two bunk beds.
The studios have air conditioning, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a stove and a large fridge, a bathroom, mosquito nets and a terrace, and a cot is available upon request.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days as well as cleaning.
Faros Studios is an ideal choice for families and couples, as well as for all those who want quality accommodation, in a quiet location, close to the sea and the beach. It is in a very quiet environment, close to the beach and the old salt works that are no longer operational (but there are still salt water pools where salt was dried until 1971).

Owners description
The accommodations are light and airy. Furnishing and décor are simple, modern and of good quality. All studios comprise of comfortable beds (twin or double) with bedside tables and lights, TV, wooden wardrobe, fully equipped kitchenette and dining table with chairs.
Floors are covered with cool ceramic tiles. The en-suite modern baths are fully fitted with a shower, basin and WC.
All kitchenettes are made out of wood. They are fully equipped with a fridge, two cooking rings, sink, extractor fan and utensils.
All studios have a dining table with chairs inside and outside.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
