Hotel Description

Faros Studios is situated in the tranquil settlement of Kariotes, approximately 30m from the sea and the beach, 150m from the center, and about 600m from Ligia. Guests have at their disposal private parking, a communal barbecue area with seating and dining space, and a snack bar.

The nearest bakery and grocery store are located around 400m away.

The accommodation includes double studios (20–25m²) with one queen bed, triple studios (28m²) with one queen and one single bed, and quadruple studios (28m²) with one queen bed and bunk beds. Ground floor studios do not have a private veranda – they are separated by a wall, and access to some units is through a shared veranda.

All units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (small oven and three burners, large refrigerator), bathroom, mosquito nets, and a terrace. A baby cot is available upon prior request at the time of booking.

Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.

Faros Studios is an excellent choice for families and couples seeking peaceful accommodation near the sea and beach. It is also located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Lefkada – Agios Ioannis.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
