Accommodation description

The Beach House is a spacious and comfortable holiday house located near Vrahos Beach in the resort of Lygia, a small village in the Epirus region. Situated just 45 metres from the beach, it offers guests the convenience of reaching the shoreline with a short, effortless walk. The property is 1.8 km from the village centre, providing a peaceful and relaxing holiday experience.

Designed to accommodate up to six adults, the house is arranged over two levels – the ground floor and the attic level. In addition to a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, it features three bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends. One bedroom is located in the attic on the first-floor level, while all other rooms are situated on the ground floor. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom contains two single beds, ensuring a high level of comfort and a restful night’s sleep.

The house is air-conditioned, with the air conditioning unit located in the living room. For additional comfort during particularly hot summer days, each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. Guests also have access to free WiFi, while the living room features a TV, providing plenty of entertainment throughout their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes a four-burner stove with a large oven, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

Guests can enjoy spending time outdoors on the furnished veranda. Due to the natural slope of the terrain, the veranda is not at ground level on the garden side but is elevated and accessed by seven steps. A smaller balcony on the first-floor level is also available. In addition to the veranda and balcony, guests may use the landscaped, fully fenced garden.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Cleaning services, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are not included during the stay, and guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. These services can be arranged for an additional charge.

For guests travelling by car, one private parking space is provided on the premises.

The Beach House is an excellent choice for larger families or groups of friends looking for accommodation within easy walking distance of the beach, allowing them to enjoy the sea whenever they wish without the need for planning ahead. Those wishing to explore the surrounding area will appreciate the property’s convenient location, just 33 km from the town of Preveza and 34 km from the popular resort of Parga. The nearest international airport is located in Preveza, 38 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
