Sarizas Apartments is located just 80m from the sandy beach and 50m from the center of pretty Siviri. It has seven apartments, capacity for 2-8 persons. Small pets are also welcome if you bring their sleeping basket.
The nearest market and bakery are 30m from the property.
The accommodation is located on a mild uphill, on the left side before the beach.
The apartments are arranged in two buildings and there are four four-bed apartments (32m2), two five-bed apartments (35m2) and one large three-bedroom apartment (70m2).
The four and five bed apartments have a separate bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, while the other room has a sofa bed.
The large three-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. The bedrooms have two single beds (which can be connected), while the living room has two sofas.
All apartments are air-conditioned, they have internet access, TV, equipped kitchen with fridge and small stove with oven. The large apartment does not have a stove, but rather a electric hob, but if necessary, the owner can provide it. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain. Upstairs units also have partial sea views. If you need, the owner can provide you a hairdryer and iron as well as a laundry service at no extra cost.
An extra bed with a standard mattress can be add in all accommodation units.
Bed linen are changed once a week while guests clean apartments by themselves. Towels are available on request.
There is private parking in front of the accommodation, but with a limited number of parking spaces.
Built in 1995, Sarizas Apartments is in good condition and maintained regularly. It looks modest, so it is recommended for less demanding guests who prefer a quiet holiday close to the beach and all the amenities that Siviri has to offer.

There is a bathroom with a continuous supply of hot water. All apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, electric kitchen with oven, Air Condition (A/C upon request), television, ADSL/WiFi internet, closet and all kitchenware (glasses, plates, cooking equipment). Every apartment has two balconies, with front and rear side. All have a sea view with amazing sunset and the mountain too. Around the apartments, there’s a green garden with barbecue available.
The area where the apartments are located is in the center of the village. Location is great because they are not on the public central road, but just 100m away from the beach. Instead, there’s a private road for the apartments only along with a private parking. Also, our establishment is right next to a kids’ park where your children can play.
Breakfast and/or meals are not offered along with the apartments but at distance closer than 50 meters, you can find breakfast or food in many cafeterias, bars and pool bars.
Also we can offer you one big apartment on ground floor, (80sqm) with living room/kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom, capable for 7-9 persons. This house is equipped as the other apartments and they are located in the same area.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices. Prices are per accommodation unit, not per person.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
