Nikolaou Studios is located in Parga, 1 km away from Valtos Beach. The accommodation offers a captivating panoramic view of the sea, as well as the beautiful islands of Paxos and Antipaxos.

Thanks to the position of the property situated on a sloping terrain, the layout of the accommodation units is very specific. The studio is located at a level reached by descending 10 steps, while on the other side of the property, the studio has an exit to the balcony and looks as if it is on the level of the first floor. The apartment is situated at the ground level, but due to the terrain configuration, it has an exit to a balcony that is on the level of the first floor.

The studios can accommodate up to three adults. It consists of a bathroom and a kitchen with a double bed and a single bed.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes two sofas for one person each.

Upon request, a baby cot is available to guests at no extra cost.

Guests have access to air conditioning, TV, free WiFi internet, and a hairdryer. In the studios, the kitchen is equipped with two burners, a standard refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker. In the apartment, guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen that includes four burners, a large oven, a big refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

From the balcony, furnished with seating area, there is a view of the sea.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while the change of bed linen and towels is done every four days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
