Apartment Tami is located in Neoi Epivates, 70 meters from the beach. The apartment is completely renovated, located in an attractive and quiet location on the first floor and suitable for 3-4 people.

The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment has mosquito nets on the windows. It is also equipped with air conditioning, and guests have access to the Internet. During the stay, hygiene is maintained by the guests themselves. Towels and spare sheets are also available.

Private parking does not exist, but it is always possible to find a parking space around the building.

The beach is sandy and there is a wide promenade along the entire beach, and as the Nea Epivates is connected to Perea on one side and the Agia Triada on the other, it is ideal for long walks and cycling. On the coast there are many restaurants, taverns and cafes. For those who would like to visit the various beaches of Halkidiki, 20 km from Perea, there are the famous beaches of Potamos and Sahara.

Thessaloniki is near and that makes this place very attractive. From Nea Epivates to Thessaloniki it is possible to reach by city bus or make a boat trip to the center of Thessaloniki. Ikea, Jumbo and Cosmos - a popular shopping center in Thessaloniki - are a 10-minute drive away. There are several supermarkets in Perea, including Masutis and Lidl. For water fun lovers, Waterland is also nearby. The airport is located nearby, so the place is suitable for those who travel by plane.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay; it is clean and tidy. It is very close to the sea, and the owner is exceptionally kind. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is excellently equipped, just a two-minute walk from the sea, bakery, and market. The owners are exceptionally friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended.
