Apartment Tami is located in Nea Epivates, 70 meters from the beach. The apartment is completely renovated, located in an attractive and quiet location on the first floor and suitable for 3-4 people.
The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment has mosquito nets on the windows. It is also equipped with air conditioning, and guests have access to the Internet.
During the stay, hygiene is maintained by the guests themselves. Towels and spare sheets are also available.Private parking does not exist, but it is always possible to find a parking space around the building.
The beach is sandy and there is a wide promenade along the entire beach, and as the Nea Epivates is connected to Perea on one side and the Agia Triada on the other, it is ideal for long walks and cycling. On the coast there are many restaurants, taverns and cafes. For those who would like to visit the various beaches of Halkidiki, 20 km from Perea, there are the famous beaches of Potamos and Sahara.
Thessaloniki is near and that makes this place very attractive. From Nea Epivates to Thessaloniki it is possible to reach by city bus or make a boat trip to the center of Thessaloniki. Ikea, Jumbo and Cosmos - a popular shopping center in Thessaloniki - are a 10-minute drive away. There are several supermarkets in Perea, including Masutis and Lidl. For water fun lovers, Waterland is also nearby. The airport is located nearby, so the place is suitable for those who travel by plane.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, zanima me da li u periodu od 25.07.-10.08.2024. ima slobodan apartrman za tri odrasle osobe i koja bi bila cena. Takodje molim Vas za pojasnjenje oko nacina placanja kako depozita od 30% tako i preostalog iznosa. Unapred hvala. Srdacan pozdrav.

Tami apartman je veoma prijatan, ušuškan jednosoban stan na prvom spratu male zgrade. U njemu je sve novo, odlično je opremljen. Osim očekivane opreme, u apartmanu smo zatekli i peglu, fen, sušarnik, dasku za peglanje... Sem toga vlasnik je izuzetno ljubazan i predusretljiv. Jako smo zadovoljni.

Smeštaj je odličan. Opremljen je do najsitnijeg detalja (čak i onim što ne očekujete: makaze, lepljiva traka, kese...). Vlasnik je ljubazan, predusretljiv, a i nenametljiv. Svi uređaji dobro funkcionišu, kao i internet.
