Description
Ruby Villa is a house very close to the beach and port of Lygia, which has four bedrooms, very good equipped kitchen and private parking. It is very good choice for bigger companies who like to have privacy.
House has one big modern living room with sitting area and TV. It is connected with dinning room and big equipped kitchen. Kitchen has stove with oven and big fridge. Rooms are double and 3 of them have double bed while one has two single beds. Two rooms have balconies and two have big windows. They all have sea view.
House can accommodate up to 9 or 10 people (if 10th person is a baby or small child). Baby cot is available.
House have mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, two TV (one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms), A/C in every room. WiFi internet is available.
There is no extra cleaning but there are the cleaning products for the clients.
Parking is available for all guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
