Maison Deluxe Studios and Apartment is located in the town of Parga, 1km from the beach and 1.5km from the center.

There are two types of accommodation units available, both located on the first floor.

Studio Queen can accommodate up to two people and consists of a queen bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Studio Family can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. It includes a queen bed, a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Apartment can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a queen bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.

These air-conditioned units offer guests a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine (in the Studio Family and in the Apartment), a dishwasher (in the Apartment), a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a hob with two or four ceramic glass rings, a large oven (in the Apartment), an espresso coffee machine, and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

Guests can enjoy warm summer days on the balcony, overlooking the mountain and the street, furnished with seating sets.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while towel change is done every two days, and linen change every three days.

Parking is available for guests of the accommodation.

The accommodation is excellent—comfortable, modern, clean, and tidy. It has its own parking, which is very important in Parga. The owner is kind and genuinely willing to help with everything. Rooms are cleaned every day, and the bed is comfortable. The location is great as well, without being on too steep a slope. You can reach the nearest beach in about 10 minutes on a leisurely walk. There are a market, a bakery, and a bus station nearby. All in all, we were very satisfied, and we had a wonderful rest and a great time.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
