There are two types of accommodation units available, both located on the first floor.

Studio Queen can accommodate up to two people and consists of a queen bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Studio Family can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. It includes a queen bed, a sofa bed for two, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Apartment can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a queen bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.

These air-conditioned units offer guests a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine (in the Studio Family and in the Apartment), a dishwasher (in the Apartment), a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a hob with two or four ceramic glass rings, a large oven (in the Apartment), an espresso coffee machine, and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

Guests can enjoy warm summer days on the balcony, overlooking the mountain and the street, furnished with seating sets.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while towel change is done every two days, and linen change every three days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
