Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for Nea PotideaHalkidiki Holidays Studios is the accommodation on the beach, at the entrance to Nea Potidea from the direction of Thessaloniki. It has 10 small but clean studios for 2-4 people. Kindness and help of the owner, Mr. Angelos, is something for which you will remember your vacation.
Nea Potidea is about 1,8km away and it can be reached on foot or by car. The center is at about 1,5km away, where you can find supermarket, pharmacy and private medical clinic, while the hospital is located in Nea Moudania (7km).
The accommodation was built in 2011 and consists of two ground-floor small buildings. In the first, there are a total of six studies, four are facing the sea, and two are facing the backyard. The second building is set lateral towards the sea and it is completely behind the first one (no sea view), and it offers four studios.
The studios in the first building are small, they have one double bed and a small kitchen. Their bathroom is also small (with shower curb), but very functional.
Sea-view studios (A1, A2, A3 and A4) are the same, they have one double bed and a double sofa bed. These studios have porches (on the sides partitioned) with a table, chairs and two sun loungers.
Studios in the back are slightly bigger and have one double bed and a double sofa bed. Studio D1 has two double bunk beds, there is no sink, but only a refrigerator, while the studios B1 and B2 have enclosed terraces/verandas.
In the front yard, there is a mini-stove with oven, wood stove, grill, large fridge to cool the watermelon or store a large amount of food, as well as several tables with chairs (above them is an awning) for dining and socializing. There's also a gas cooker with two large burners. In the backyard, there is also a grill, large fridge for food, water and fruits (though each studio has a refrigerator), as well as a dining table. All guests can use the barbecue in the front yard.
Each studio has a TV and internet, a hairdryer can be obtained if needed and guests can use the washing machine. All studios except D1 have a kitchen and air conditioning (additionally charged), though cooking is more convenient in the outside kitchen. All guests will get an anti-mosquito device, and each studio has two sun loungers and a beach umbrella.
Guests will receive clean towels and bed linen after five days and maintain the hygiene in the studios by themselves.
There is a shower available in the courtyard.
Parking is in front of the entrance to the courtyard.
The beach is long, sandy on the coast, with the stones in water in the first few meters and with the sand after that. On the beach, there are bars with sun loungers and parasols available with a drink.
Before the bridge on the channel and after the big luxury hotel Pomegranate, turn to the right and drive all the way to the channel. Turn left and drive along the canal towards the sea, then continue left along the beach till you reach the fifth beach bar in a row (one part of the road is clay).
Halkidiki Holidays Studios is very modest accommodation only for non demanding guests and all those who spend most of the day on the beach.

Owners description
Only a few meters from the beach near Nea Potidea of Halkidiki, you can find our fully equipped studios for 2-4 persons.
You can find us 60km from Thessaloniki airport and 7km from Nea Moudania, a town with banks, Health Center (hospital), supermarkets etc. During your stay in Halkidiki Holidays, you can visit many archaeological and historical places. You can also explore a lot of beautiful beaches in Kassandra peninsula. Of course, you can swim on the sandy beach with crystal water just in front of our rooms. You can use our sunbeds for free to drink your coffee or beer in the sand or go to one of the various beach bars in the area.
- Rooms A1, A2, A3 and A4 have one double bed (smaller than standard) and one extra foldable bed (dimensions 90x190) on request.
- Rooms B1, B2, C1, C2 are equipped with double bed (140x200) and one foldable couch (115x175) for two kids up to 12 years old.
- Room D2 has a ceiling fan, bathroom, refrigerator, kitchen. Inside the room, there is a double bed with the possibility to add one extra bed for a child.
In every studio there is:

Rooms A1, A2, A3 and A4 have direct sea views while B1, B2, C1 and C2 overlook the courtyard behind the house. The room D1 has a kitchen equipped with only a fridge and stove, without a sink. There is a summer house in the yard and the internet is available throughout the property, even to the beach.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve u svemu je bilo prelepo.Sto se tice smestaja nije bas najbolje kreveti su mnogo neudobni wc je premali.Sto se tice lokacije smestaja u odnosu na grad je isto mnogo losa prodavnica u blizini smestaja nema pa se mora do grada koji je malo dalje ali to nije problem koliki je problem kad se ide peske jer se mora preci most koji bas uzasan kad imate malu decu neosvetljene stepenice koje vode do mosta mnogo strme,i kučići koji napadaju i nije bas prijatno pa se mora ici kolima a kolima problem parking naravno.Sto se tice lokacije smestaja na plaži 10 na samoj plaži nema guzve imate svoje lezačjke plaza prelepa pesak u vodi malo kamenja i pesak plitko topla more prelepo za malu decu.E jedino sto nam je duvao vetar svaki dan i izgleda da je vetar tamo stalno.Sve u svemu mi smo zadovoljni prelepo se proveli deca uzivala.utisak je pozitivan
