Overall, it was beautiful. Regarding the accommodation, it is not the best; the beds are very uncomfortable, and the bathroom is quite small. The location of the accommodation in relation to the city is also poor, as there are no shops nearby, necessitating a trip to the city, which is a bit farther away. This is not a problem when walking, but it becomes a bigger issue when crossing a bridge that is quite dreadful, especially with small children. The unlit stairs leading to the bridge are very steep, and the stray dogs that attack are not pleasant, so one must drive, which naturally poses parking problems. As for the location of the accommodation on the beach, it is a 10; there is no crowd on the beach, you have your own sunbeds, the beach is beautiful, the sand in the water is slightly rocky, and the sand is shallow with warm water, perfect for small children. The only downside was that the wind blew every day, and it seems that the wind is constantly present there. All in all, we are satisfied; we had a wonderful time, and the children enjoyed it. The impression is positive.

This is our fourth visit this summer, and I believe we won't be returning anytime soon. In previous years, the accommodation was cramped, yet we enjoyed a view of the sea and a large communal courtyard, which compensated for it. Now everything has been renovated, but it feels wrong to us. The terraces are small, confined, and enclosed, making one feel as if they are in a cage. There is no communal courtyard. Every year, three families vacation together, and this time we are disappointed, with similar comments heard from other guests. The beach is beautiful, and the water is clear, but the price-to-quality ratio is not appropriate. Each time it gets more expensive, yet not better. The owner is kind, but that does not change the overall impression.

Both the front and back yards, featuring a shared outdoor kitchen and shower, create a feeling of being in a campsite, with the luxury of your own toilet and a comfortable bed. The host is very kind and relaxed, and the atmosphere in this accommodation reflects that. We have never reset better!

After four years in this accommodation and the continuous price increases, it has come to the point where all the regular guests have found alternatives. Alongside the expansions, everything has become more cramped and smaller. This year, a single gas bottle was shared among all those using the rooms with a sea view. The expanded rooms have smaller terraces, and there is hardly any privacy left. The lack of space in the rooms was compensated by enjoying the courtyard, but now that area has also become cramped. It seems that the only thing he has started to think about is money. A room with a sea view and air conditioning costs 78 euros per day for a couple with two children?! I would appreciate it if he could take this as a friendly warning.

Our initial impression was such that we immediately wished to return, but over time we adapted and began to enjoy the advantages of this accommodation.

Host Angelo is extremely pleasant and always ready to assist you. For instance, my car battery died while it was already dark and late, but he effortlessly connected the charger for me. At the end of our vacation, my friend and I even received a gift from him. He also offered guests the opportunity to do laundry in his machine. The accommodation is modest but meets all basic needs. The only issue was the slightly problematic exit from the courtyard. The downside of the location is that there are no shops nearby, so you have to drive. At first, I was quite annoyed by the main road that connects all the places on this peninsula; often, you have to travel several kilometers to turn back. However, one can get used to that. The apartment is just a few meters away from the sea, perfect for children. You might find it challenging to locate this accommodation. Drive directly along the sea if you are nearby, as the building is almost unnoticeable from the street. I wish everyone a great time; I will surely return to this place.

As the title suggests, all recommendations for this place and its owner. I believe this is an ideal location for families with small children who wish to truly relax. The beach is exceptional, and the water is clean and warm.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place. After years of hassle in Montenegro and Croatia, I finally found true relaxation during my vacation. A sandy beach without crowds, wonderfully calm waters, about twenty meters of shallow water for the kids, a nearby restaurant, decent accommodation, proximity to the beach, and free sunbeds are just some of the offerings at a modest price. Of course, the owner is a 'great guy,' always available. Simply put, this place is pleasant and comfortable for a holiday.

The rooms are small, but that was not a problem as we spent most of our time outdoors. The yard is very safe for children, and an added convenience is that there is an outdoor shower with hot water, allowing us to bathe the kids there after the beach, which is fantastic since it prevents sand and water from being scattered around the room. We also have a hose that we used to wash the plastic chairs and table after eating watermelon. We stayed in R8, which features a loft-style French bed that the children found delightful. The host is courteous, and anything that wasn't within reach could be requested (such as a peeler, grater...). We lacked a doormat, so instead, we stuck floor diapers from the pet shop in front of the entrance and bathroom doors, which kept the floor clean. The mosquitoes were relentless, but that has nothing to do with the accommodation, as they are everywhere.

First and foremost, I would like to commend Mr. Angelos, as well as his service. The accommodation is modest, with small rooms, yet it offers ample space for storing belongings. The limited space is compensated by the terraces. To enjoy the terrace, mosquito coils are essential. There are no shops or well-maintained promenades in the vicinity, but for those coming for relaxation, this will not be a drawback. We walked with two small children to the other, well-kept side of the canal, making it possible to manage without a car. Mr. Angelos is at the guests' service at all times.

The accommodation is good in relation to the price. The location is favorable. If you seek a getaway away from noisy markets, cheap goods, and outrageously expensive cafes and restaurants, this is the right choice. You need to find a way to protect yourself from flies during the day and from mosquitoes at night. The owner, Angelo, who is very accommodating and a good host, provides some devices, but they are not very effective. You must have a car, as there is nothing nearby. It suits me well. I have been here three times so far.

The first day was shocking for me, as the accommodation is indeed minimalistic, but after the third day, I completely relaxed and felt at home. In this, the contribution was made by the neighbors with whom we shared a common yard, even though we had just met. Besides the price, the proximity to the sea is what primarily determined us to come to this place. This accommodation is predominantly intended for families and couples who seek peace and wish to relax, as it is located far from the urban part of the settlement. After 9 PM, silence prevails, making it pleasant for sleeping. Considering that we were here during a period when unbearable temperatures were present, the nights were warm, and there was a need for air conditioning, although we did not use it and it can be endured. Based on the experience of neighbors who were here last year and when the temperatures were not as extreme, fans were sufficient. There were also quite a few mosquitoes present, especially after the first dusk, and it seems to me the attacks lasted about half an hour. I did not spray myself with any mosquito repellents as they do not yield any results. I simply ignored them. The beach is quite long, about 20 meters, making it ideal for small children and non-swimmers. There are no waves, and the sea is clean. There is no crowd on the beach, although on weekends Greeks come from the interior, which makes for a noticeable increase in people, but since spots with sunbeds are occupied in the morning, it does not bother. I was bothered by the non-existent trash bin, both in the studio and in the yard. The container is located about 30 meters from the accommodation, but that is still a standard I have seen in other accommodations in Greece. The owner, Angelo, was a good host. He even allowed us to use his freezer since the one in the accommodation is of modest dimensions. Overall, the entire experience invites us to return next year. :-)

As many have already pointed out, everything is as described. The studio is small, but that did not bother us; the only issue was the numerous mosquitoes. All praise goes to Angelo as a host, who offered us an additional free day on our last day. The proximity to the beach is exactly as described – you can easily jump into the sea from the room. Everything is positive, the only downside is that there is no store nearby.

For the money spent, one receives much more. The rooms are smaller, but with such a terrace and yard, larger ones are hardly necessary. The host is exceptionally kind and always available for anything needed.

The description of the accommodation is remarkably precise. For less demanding guests, the expected minimal space for lodging, combined with good organization and the use of the front area as a terrace of the apartment, facilitates and expands the area. In the R2 apartment, the bathroom is accessed via a "cant", but everything works, and there is always hot water. Everything stated is accurate and practical. We stayed for 14 days. All studios are air-conditioned (with an additional fee of 5 euros), but the fan did the job for 12 days. The last 2 days, air conditioning was needed. Andjelo adds another star to this place as a wonderful character and host. Everything you need, he has and will provide you (he can take you to the doctor and order gyros to your address... everything). He speaks good Greek English. It’s a lovely feeling to bathe and just a few steps away, you are in your room... The sea is clean, with beautiful water colors, cars are regularly filled with dust and sand, but Andjelo has a hose, so the cars can be washed. What the user Ljubo wrote about mosquitoes and flies is accurate and a significant problem... we received a mosquito device, an electric racket, we brought our own RAID, autan, a silicone bracelet against mosquitoes, a fly spray... but they prevailed. It disrupts your sleep; in the morning, it is unpleasant to enjoy the terrace with a view of the sea due to the flies, and in the evening as well, due to the mosquitoes. Such a state is also present in NEA POTIDEA itself (where millions of mosquitoes from the nearby marshes head towards the village, i.e., NEA POTIDEA). I would probably go again (the only dilemma is the flies and mosquitoes) because of the studio by the beach and the hospitality of Andjelo.

The apartments are a bit cramped, but that is evident in the pictures, while the courtyard compensates for the lack of space in the apartment. We tried both the grill and wood-fired cooking in the courtyard... :)) I have no words... Wonderful! Right on the shore, which is stunning and endless... This place is made for relaxation! For everything else, you need to go to the town, but if you have a car, that is no problem at all. The only thing that bothered me was the abundance of mosquitoes at the beginning of September. Once again, all praises and thanks to Angelo for everything. We will see each other again ;))

We spent more than a pleasant twelve days in August this year at Halkidiki Holidays apartments. We are truly satisfied; the beach is just 10 meters from the apartments, and the sea is about 30 meters away. The beach is sandy and exceptionally clean, with no crowds, and the owner provides his sun loungers and umbrellas for use. The accommodation itself is very tidy and clean, although it is somewhat modest in terms of space. However, given the pleasant outdoor environment, stone tables in the shade, a brick barbecue, and a gas stove, along with outdoor showers, a lot of time is spent outside, so the lack of comfort is hardly felt. As for Angelo, only praise... He is always there to assist, very communicative and unobtrusive, just like his children who help him. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with our experience at this place, and we will definitely return.

You get what you paid for, and perhaps even a little more. The host is a fantastic person, approachable, communicative, always ready to help with anything.

Anyone who rents this apartment will be disappointed on the first day; the apartments are small, and only two face the sea, while all the others overlook the courtyard. The comfort rating for me is a solid five, as it clearly states that the rooms are small, yet the front apartments with a view of the sea are perfectly suitable for two people. Mister Angelo is always cheerful, eager to provide everything and assist with anything (upon our departure, he gifted my wife a present). The beach is excellent, with a narrow rocky entrance, but with just five minutes of effort, a path can be created. For relaxation, it is perfect—peaceful, without crowds, with provided sunbeds and umbrellas. Air conditioning in the accommodation is unnecessary; the fans do their job, cooling and keeping mosquitoes at bay. Hygiene largely depends on who is occupying the room; as for Angela, as mentioned, she changes towels and bed linen every five days. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay; the only downside is that we would like to bring our dog next year, but that is not permitted.

The accommodation at Halkidiki Holidays studio is cozy, just as it appears in the pictures. You have to sleep with the doors open, there is no air conditioning, but there are good fans, both outside and inside the kitchen. If the weather is nice, this shortcoming is not a big deal. The owner is kind and cheerful. The beach is wonderful, the most beautiful I have ever visited, and I have traveled all over Greece. The azure color of the sea, no crowds, no noise—it's a true vacation. The children can read books, and when it gets hottest, the apartment is close by, so the holiday was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine getaway. Perhaps the only downside is that there are no shops nearby, just like on an island. However, LIDL is close, so everything can be easily resolved. In any case, for the money we spent, the accommodation is satisfactory, and the proximity and beauty of the beach, which is the most important, are the best I've experienced so far. We returned from our vacation in Kasandra, Halkidiki. The accommodation in the studio is indeed cramped, just as you mentioned, but the sea and the beach are unbelievably beautiful. Although it is not an attractive destination, it offers peace and enjoyment like never before. The owner is pleasant and kind. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday.

As soon as we arrived, the host (Angelo) made us authentic Greek coffee, something we had never experienced before despite vacationing in Greece for 15 years. A few days later, he prepared lunch and shared it with everyone in their apartments. He is communicative, pleasant, and always willing to help. What can I say, a TRUE HOST.
