Dear, Our vacation at Anthia House at the beginning of July was one of the most beautiful experiences we've had so far. All praise goes to the kind owner, the clean accommodations where the linens are changed every three days, and the location of the property, which is close to the sea, the center of Sarti, the best restaurants, and fast food gyros. Regarding the location itself, Anthia House is situated in an excellent spot when it comes to proximity to the beach, as well as all other amenities, including shops/supermarkets, a pharmacy (the only one in Sarti), and even medical offices if needed. You can reach the beach in less than 2 minutes on foot. As for the owners, they are kind and pleasant, as well as unobtrusive, especially the owner Maria. They are a normal and nice family. We hardly noticed them during our stay. They only appear if you have a problem and call them. When it comes to cleanliness, we were welcomed by a tidy apartment. After 5 or 6 days of our stay, the apartment was cleaned, and our linens and towels were changed. It can always be better, but it is quite okay, so I rate it a 4. The Wi-Fi works decently; it is available, but occasionally it would not work in the evening. The air conditioning works well. We had a problem with leaking during the last 2-3 days due to the rain that was falling, and it was right above the bed we were sleeping in. Besides this, in my opinion, a significant drawback of this accommodation is the location, as it is in the very epicenter of all events. You literally find yourself on the main street, where a large number of people circulate, with shops of all kinds, food, restaurants, etc., and consequently, there is a lot of noise, so if you came for a vacation, you cannot sleep because there is always someone making noise unless you close the terrace doors and turn on the air conditioning. The location has its advantages, but it is also a major drawback. For a vacation, Novi Sarti, which is 5-10 minutes away on foot, is better. Due to all the aforementioned, in my opinion, the price we paid for the period we stayed is high considering what is offered. All in all, we give it a rating of 4.

I haven't stayed in a cleaner and more beautiful accommodation in a long time. When we entered, we were greeted by a place that looked just like in the pictures. The furniture is new, everything is exceptionally clean, the accommodation lacks shelves but has storage for clothes. The rooms are spacious, and the terrace is even larger.

The accommodation is new and clean. Towels and bed linens are changed every 4-5 days. Although it is on a street that is not directly by the sea, there is no sea view, but you can sit on the terrace on the main street - the promenade. The WiFi is good, but it can become congested when everyone returns from the beach, causing phones and tablets to lag. The triple room in the attic is reasonably warm, and we had to sleep with the air conditioning on. The terraces are spacious enough with comfortable furniture. There is always enough shower water for everyone. The hosts are unobtrusive but always available. There is no parking. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is good.

We thought that the crowd at the location would bother us, but it turned out we had a wonderful time. New, comfortable, and clean apartments situated on one of the busiest streets in Sarti.

The villa boasts an excellent location, situated right in the heart of Sarti and just a minute's walk from the beach. Within a stone's throw, you can find gyros, pancakes, ice cream, and markets; everything is conveniently close. The furniture is new, the space is exceptionally clean, and both the bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated. The only downside is the terrace, which, although spacious, lacks a good view as it is surrounded by other villas and some makeshift awnings. Consequently, one might say that you do not have complete privacy there, as owners occasionally pass through.

The location is excellent, close to the beach in the center of the hustle and bustle, but for those who are disturbed by noise while sleeping, closed terrace doors ensure tranquility. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes to the beach. All necessary amenities are within reach. The host of the accommodation is extremely courteous. Overall, we were very satisfied with the lodging. The price fully justifies the quality.

The Anthia House is located in the city center, close to the beach. I stayed in a four-person apartment with my husband and two children, who were thrilled with the bunk bed. The greatest advantage is the spacious terrace covered with an awning, offering a view of the street. Towels and bed linens are changed every three days, which I particularly appreciated. The Wi-Fi speed varies - sometimes it's fast enough to watch a match, and at other times it's slower. There is always hot water, the hosts are friendly, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation is available.

I highly recommend this accommodation; everything you need is nearby (beach, beach bar, taverns, bakeries, markets, shops). I am extremely satisfied with the accommodation at Anthia House :)

A clean and cozy apartment with a spacious balcony, hosted by delightful hosts. We were very satisfied.

We stayed in a four-person apartment in June 2017. The apartment was exceptionally well-furnished, located right on the promenade (the second row of houses from the sea), in the heart of Sarti. What is not visible in the pictures, and is undoubtedly the greatest advantage of this accommodation, is the beautiful, spacious, square terrace, measuring 3m x 3m, overlooking the promenade. Given that this is not visible in the photos, the terrace was a wonderfully pleasant surprise for us, as we usually spend our time there when we are not at the beach. An excellent accommodation option for a family with two children!

From September 5th to 15th, we stayed at Anthia House. It is an understatement to say that we were extremely satisfied! We traveled with our two-year-old child and were absolutely delighted! Our only issue was finding the villa, but we managed when a waiter from a nearby restaurant called the owner on his phone, and he came to pick us up. The owners are incredibly kind and present every day. The villa is situated right on the promenade, in a fantastic location, yet it is quiet, allowing for peace and tranquility! The three-bedroom studio is new and features an excellent bathroom! The villa does not have parking, but there is a nearby enclosed market with a large parking lot where we parked. I believe that parking is not much of a problem in September. In our opinion, Sarti is an excellent location regarding beautiful beaches. The beach we would recommend for families with children is definitely Paganaki (if I am not mistaken), which features the well-known little restaurant "5 steps in the sand," a quiet beach with little crowding. Impressions are undoubtedly subjective and depend on your expectations and needs. I stayed here for three nights with my wife and our two-year-old daughter. The accommodation is located on the main pedestrian street in Sarti, right in the heart of the action and just 50 meters from the beach. Therefore, if you wish to relax early and enjoy isolation, this is not the place for you. The WiFi works quite well, the place is clean, and the owners are friendly individuals eager to assist. The bathroom is, as is common in most private accommodations in Greece, a disaster. It is small, lacks a shower cabin, and flooding is inevitable with every shower. Overall, the impression and the price-quality ratio are excellent. You cannot expect a Hilton for this price.

An excellent accommodation located right in the heart of Sarti, just 50 meters from the beach, at the beginning of the pedestrian area of the old town. It is new, clean, and tidy, just as depicted in the photos, with very friendly hosts. A superb choice for those who do not mind the evening bustle along the promenade. Although all units feature beds for 2+2, it can be said to be ideal for couples or families with one or a maximum of two children up to 7 years old. The price is reasonable considering the location. The property does not have private parking, but there are two public parking areas very close by, as well as all well-stocked supermarkets.
