Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for SartiAnthia House is located on the promenade, in the center of Sarti, about 100m from the beach, in the second row to the sea. It's an ideal choice for those who'd like to have everything at fingertips, but who aren't bothered by the noise.
The house is located above the footwear shop with the same ownership. It's surrounded by supermarkets and souvenir shops, as well as restaurants and fast-food restaurants.
They offer four apartments (two on the first and two on the second floor) and three studios (one on the first and two on the second floor).
The first-floor apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two bunk beds in the kitchen area. The apartments on the second floor have one double bed and two bunk beds, i.e. two single beds. By adding an extra bed, they can accommodate a maximum of five people with an additional charge.
The double studio is located on the first floor, it has one double bed and there's no possibility of adding a baby cot or auxiliary bed. Studios on the second floor accommodate up to four people with an additional charge. The first studio has one double and two sofa beds, while the second one has one double, a single and an armchair bed.
Accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils, hotplates and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a an edged showering area without curtain. All terraces are on the front side of the house, except the passable terrace of the double studio on the back side of the house.
They have no yard or private parking, but public parking is located about 150m from the accommodation.
Arriving from the direction of Vourvourou, turn off the highway at the Fact Club. Continue ahead to the end and continue the next street leading to the sea, then turn to the first street on the left. After 20m on the left, you will see a shoe shop above which is the Anthia House.
This accommodation is suitable for couples and families who don't mind the hustle and bustle. Kind hosts are always there, available to help their guests in case of need.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sto se tiče same lokacije, Anthia House je na odličnoj lokaciji kada je blizina plaže u pitanju, uključujući i sva druga dešavanja, prodavnice/supermarkete, apoteku (koja je jedina u Sartiju), čak i lekarske ordinacije, ukoliko zatreba itd. Na plaži ste za manje od 2 minuta hoda. Što se tiče vlasnika, ljubazni su i prijatni, kao i nenametljivi. Pogotovo vlasnica Maria. U pitanju je jedna normalna i fina porodica. Mi ih čak nismo ni primetili za to vreme koliko smo bili tamo. Ne pojavljuju se, osim ako imate neki problem, pa ih pozovete. Kada je čistoća u pitanju, sačekao nas je uredan apartman. Nakon 5 ili 6 dana boravka nam je apartman očišćen, promenjena nam je posteljina, kao i peškiri. Uvek može bolje, ali sasvim ok, za to dajem ocenu 4. Wi-Fi radi solidno, ima ga, ali se povremeno dešavalo da uveče ne radi. Klima radi dobro. Mi smo imali problem sa prokišnjavanjem poslednja 2-3 dana zbog kiše koja je padala, i to baš iznad kreveta na kojem smo spavali. Pored ovoga, po mom mišljenju veliki nedostatak kada je ovaj smeštaj u pitanju je lokacija, jer se nalazi u samom epicentru svih dešavanja. Bukvalno se nalazite u glavnoj ulici, gde cirkuliše veliki broj ljudi, na sve strane su prodavnice svega i svačega, hrana, restorani i sl. i samim tim je velika buka, pa ukoliko ste došli na odmor, ne možete da spavate, jer se stalno neko čuje, osim ako zatvorite vrata od terase i uključite klimu. Lokacija ima svoje prednosti, ali je to i veliki nedostatak. Za odmor je bolji Novi Sarti koji je odatle 5-10 minuta hoda. Zbog svega navedenog, po mom mišljenju, ova cena koju smo platili za period u kom smo bili je visoka s obzirom na ono što nam se nudi. Sve u svemu, dajemo ocenu 4.
