Welcome to Zigouris House
Zigouris House is one of the most luxurious accommodation in the region.
Ideally located, right in the centre of Parga, a few minutes walk from the harbour, the town beach and all the amenities of Parga.
The Zigouris brothers have paid much attention to decorate and equip the apartments.
All materials have been carefully chosen to reflect a minimalist style with all modern comforts and high quality facilities are evident throughout.
There is an elevator to access the two apartments or by staircase.
The apartments are located above the ITS Travel Office, which is ideal for gaining local information and assistance. Reception service is available from 09:00am - 21:30pm on the ground floor. At the reception you may also buy stamps, phone cards, sea & land excursions and get information about the area and anything else you may need.

Daily maid service for cleaning, change of towels and sheets every other day. (Towels if requested on daily basis as well).
An ideal choice for top quality, excellent facilities, comfort and a good location in Parga.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
