Hotel Description

Hotel Xerxis is located on the most beautiful part of the beach in the town of Nea Roda. The beach is sandy, awarded with a blue flag, and suitable for children due to its gradual depth and fine sand. The hotel beach is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers that are complimentary for hotel guests to use, with the purchase of a drink. The hotel’s studios can accommodate 3 to 4 people, and most of them have a direct view of the sea. In addition to accommodation, there is a large free public parking area, and the beach has a bar with loungers and umbrellas, as well as a children’s playground under the shade of large parasols.

The hotel is located in the central part of the town, so all town amenities are within easy reach of the guests. The first restaurant is only 10m away, while the market and bakery are 50m from the accommodation. The main road is 200m away.

Out of a total of nine studios, five have a sea view, while four are on the other side and overlook the town.

One double studio is new, built in June 2023. It is located on the second, top floor of the hotel and has the largest terrace and the most beautiful view. The kitchen is outdoors, but with an awning that can be lowered or raised as needed to protect from any wind or rain. There is ample seating space on the terrace, as well as sun loungers. It is suitable for two adults, possibly one small child. It has a double bed. There are a total of six triple studios (around 21m2), all on the first floor, featuring three single beds or one double and one single bed. There are two quadruple studios (around 21m2), also on the first floor, with two single beds and either one double bed or a bunk bed. There is also one five-bed studio, with a sea view (around 24m2), suitable for families with three children, featuring one double bed, a bunk bed, and an additional pull-out bed, if needed.

The kitchenettes have a small stove with oven, a small refrigerator, and all necessary utensils. In the bathroom, all studios have a shower cabin.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a terrace. A baby cot is available upon request, free of charge.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days or halfway through the stay if it is up to seven nights, for example.

This accommodation is a perfect choice for families with children who want to vacation in a smaller town and where proximity to the beach and all basic amenities is a top priority.

Within the hotel, there is also a beach bar under the same name, serving, in addition to all kinds of drinks and tasty fast food, cooked home meals, salads made from mostly local vegetables, fresh fish… Breakfast is plentiful and prepared individually for each guest, in consultation with the accommodation owners. The beach bar is largely covered with a canopy made of natural wood, making it a good option for guests who want to spend the whole day outdoors and feel comfortable, even during the intense heat of the summer months.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, 20% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

NOTE

Minimum stay in period from ¹⁄₆-¹⁰⁄₆ is 7 nights.
The offer is on a bed and breakfast basis.
Payment for breakfast is mandatory for all guests, for adults and children aged 5 and older.
Supplement for half board (lunch or early dinner until 18h) is 18 euros for adults and children from 12 years old, and for children aged 5-12 years supplement is 10 euros.
Supplement for breakfast and lunch for children under 5 years old is arbitrary and must be paid on the spot.
Tourist tax (€2 per day / per studio) is not included in the price and is payable upon arrival.
