Our description
Hotel Xerxis is located on the most beautiful part of the beach in Nea Roda. The beach is sandy, has a blue flag and is also suitable for children due to its gradual depth and fine sand. The hotel beach is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, which are free for hotel guests to use, with the consumption of drinks. The hotel's studios can accommodate 3 to 4 people and most have a direct view of the sea. Next to the accommodation there is a large free public parking lot, and on the beach there is a bar with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a children's playground in the shade of large umbrellas.
The hotel is located in the central part of the town, so guests have all the amenities of the town within easy reach. The first restaurant is only 10m away, while the market and bakery are 50m from the accommodation. The highway is 200m away.
Out of a total of nine studios, five overlook the sea, and four are on the other side and overlook the street.
One double studio is new, it was built in June 2023. It is located on the second, last floor of the hotel and has the largest terrace and the most beautiful view. The kitchen is in the open air, but with an awning that can be lowered or raised as needed, thus protecting it from possible wind or rain. There is a large seating area on the terrace as well as sun loungers. It is suitable for two adults, possibly one small child. It has a double bed.
There are a total of six three-bed studios (about 21m2), all of them are on the first floor and have three single beds or one French and one single bed.

There is also a five-bed studio with a view of the sea (about 24m2), suitable for families with three children, which has a double bed, a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed, if necessary.
In the kitchen, they have a small stove with an oven and a small refrigerator, as well as all the necessary dishes. In the bathroom all studios have a shower cabin.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets and a terrace. A baby cot is available on request. free of charge.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every 5 days or halfway through the stay if it lasts up to seven nights.
This accommodation is the perfect choice for families with children who want to spend their summer in a smaller place and for whom the proximity to the beach and all basic amenities is their top priority.
Within the hotel, there is also a beach bar with the same name, which serves, in addition to all possible drinks and delicious fast food, home-cooked meals, salads made from, mostly, home-grown vegetables, fresh fish... The beach bar is largely covered by an awning made of natural wood, and is a good option for guests who want to spend the whole day outside and feel comfortable, despite the high heat during the summer months.

Xerxis Hotel has 8 studios with a terrace, 5 of which overlook the sea, and the other 3 on a quiet street, as is most of the place.
The studios have a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals, as well as a coffee machine. The studios are equipped with TV (satellite TV, as well as Serbian and Russian channels).

- The offer is on a bed and breakfast basis.
- Payment for breakfast is mandatory for all guests, for adults and children aged 5 and older.
- Supplement for half board (lunch or early dinner until 18h) is 15 euros for adults and children from 12 years old, and for children aged 5-12 years supplement is 8 euros.
- Supplement for breakfast and lunch for children under 5 years old is arbitrary and must be paid on the spot.
- Tourist tax (€1.5 per day / per studio) is not included in the price and is payable upon arrival.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, 20% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
