Hotel Description

Villa Alexandros is located in a quiet part of Siviri, 500m from the beach, promenade and Masoutis market. It offers accommodation in spacious five-bed duplex apartments that are equipped with a kitchenette (mini oven with two hotplates) with a refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower, LCD TV, air conditioning (with an on-site surcharge of 5e per day of use). In the bedroom there are two joined single beds, and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa. The villa is surrounded by greenery, and in the spacious yard there is a sitting area and a walled barbecue that guests can use. The beach can be reached by an easy and pleasant walk lasting about 6 minutes. Towels, air conditioning with extra charge on site, Wi-Fi internet and private parking are available to guests.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

REMARK

The minimum stay is nine nights, i.e. five in the period 25.05-20.06.
The first and second child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receive a discount of 20€ per shift. The third child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receives a discount of 10€ per shift. The maximum number of discounts for children is three per accommodation unit.
