Parga Centro Living Apartment is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Parga, 350 m from the beach, with a road offering enchanting views of the sea, coastline and landscapes of this picturesque town. The journey to the beach itself reveals the special atmosphere of Parga, while the accommodation provides an ideal base for exploring its charming streets, hidden corners, tavernas and coastline, which make it one of the most recognizable destinations on the Ionian coast. A specially designed interior, contemporary details and carefully selected elements create a space with a distinctive character and offer a completely different experience of staying in Parga.
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor on one side of the building and on the first floor on the other, which is characteristic of the cascading architecture commonly found in Parga. It accommodates up to five adults and consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds. An additional sleeping space is available in the living room, where there is a single sofa bed.
A baby cot is available upon request and with prior notice at the time of booking, and its use is included in the accommodation price.
Three air-conditioning units distributed throughout the apartment ensure a pleasant temperature even during the hottest summer days, while Wi-Fi internet is available for guests’ everyday needs. For evening relaxation, a Smart TV is provided in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring glass-ceramic hob, a large refrigerator with freezer and a large oven, as well as a kettle, coffee maker and toaster for preparing favourite drinks and light meals. Additional convenience is provided by a washing machine and hairdryer, making the apartment suitable for longer and more substantial stays.
The apartment has a total of four balconies, providing several outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. Each balcony is furnished with seating and can be used for morning coffee, an outdoor meal or an evening break, while the additional space also allows for convenient drying of laundry.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
The accommodation is cleaned every four days during guests’ stay, with bed linen and towels changed at the same time.
Guests have one private parking space available within the property.
Parga is one of the most charming destinations on the Ionian coast, known for its colourful houses cascading down the hillsides towards the sea, narrow stone-paved streets and coastline dotted with small coves. The Venetian castle overlooking the town, picturesque harbour and seaside promenade create a particularly atmospheric setting, while numerous restaurants, tavernas, pastry shops and stores bring Parga to life from morning until late evening. Some of the most beautiful beaches in this part of the coast can be found nearby, including Valtos, 2 km away, Lichnos, 7 km away, and Piso Krioneri, 1 km away, all accessible on foot, by boat or by a short drive. Parga is also an excellent base for excursions to Sivota, 30 km away, the Acheron River and other natural and historical attractions of Epirus, making it easy to combine days by the sea with exploration and the authentic atmosphere of Greece.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
