It’s is a newly-built complex of two buildings located 350m from the center of Nidri and less than 100m from the nearest beach. It has a courtyard with a swimming pool and a bar where you can enjoy your coffee or soft drink.

The apartment was both comfortable and spacious. The pool was exceptionally clean. I visited with my family, including my wife and three teenage children. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
