Margarona Royal Hotel is located in Psathaki, 1km from the center of Preveza and about 1,5km from the Kiani Akti beach.
Amenities include ²⁴⁄₇ front desk, outdoor pool, main bar, restaurant, three conference rooms and private parking.

The nearest grocery store and bakery are 150m away.

There are 115 accommodation units. 111 standard double rooms (17-20m2) have one double or two connected single beds and a sofa bed, while four suites (38m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV, WiFi internet, mini-bar, safe box and a terrace.

Cleaning is done on a daily basis and bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.

After entering Psathaki, follow the main road for about 200m until you reach the hotel.

Margarona Royal Hotel is ideal for business people, couples and other travellers looking for excellent accommodation close to the city center. Its disadvantages are the distance from the beach and a slightly higher price.

Margarona Royal Hotel is located in the outskirts of Preveza, facing the gulf, a few minutes away from the port and the town centre.

111 comfortable rooms and four suites, spacious lounge bar and restaurant with large terraces and a sea view, swimming pool and meeting rooms, are some of the facilities the hotel grants to its guests. In 2009, the hotel reopened after an extensive renovation, including the incorporation of the latest ecological technologies.

Rooms (average size 17,50m2) and suites (36m2) are set on four levels, decorated in emerald green and orange tones with dark brown furniture. Most have a balcony with a gulf, pool or garden view. They are comfortable, with large bathroom and all modern facilities and services for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Classic rooms are located in all levels, offering one double or two single beds with a balcony or window. Some have an auxiliary bed to accommodate a third person.

Superior rooms are situated on the second and third floor and offer a balcony with a sea and pool view. They are available with one double or two single beds, with the possibility do add an auxiliary bed for a third person.

Amenities include a bathtub, electronic card locks, flat-screen satellite TV, internet access with data port, fridge, working desk, direct dial phone, hairdryer and bathroom amenities.

Suites are situated in the two highest floors and comprise of a bedroom with one double bed and a separate living room. A long balcony with furniture provides a view of the sea and the surrounding area. Additionally, all suites are interconnecting to a superior room, becoming suitable to accommodate larger families.

Located on the hotel’s elevated ground floor, the main restaurant serves a rich American buffet breakfast, and a la carte lunch or dinner. During the summer months, the restaurant extends to the large veranda overlooking the sea and the pool. Breakfast is served from 6:30-10:30.

Lobby lounge and a bar are located in an impressive open space with high ceiling and pleasant sitting areas. Offering refreshments, coffee, light snacks, it’s the perfect place to relax in the comfortable sofas around the fireplace, or enjoy cocktails at the bar.
