This modern and beautifully decorated renovated accommodation is located in the center of the village of Sikia, at a distance of 4.6km from the beautiful sandy beach, Sikia. Beaches worth visiting during your stay in this place are Linaraki Beach, 4.8km away, Pigadaki Beach 5.2km away, Tourkolimnionas Beach 5.7km away, while the famous Klimataria Beach is 7.2km away. This accommodation can be an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the charms of a Greek village, which offers delicious local products and visits to sandy beaches with crystal clear waters.

This modernly equipped accommodation offers three accommodation units of different sizes, which are structured like maisonettes, on two levels. Two four-bed studios (4 Bed Studio, No. 1 (40m2), 4 Bed Studio No. 3 (45m2) that can accommodate up to four people and one five-bed studio, 40m2 (5 Bed Studio, No. 2,) which can accommodate up to five people, with a maximum of four adults.

All accommodation units have a kitchen with a living room and a bathroom. The lower level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa for two people. On the upper level, which is in the attic and accessed by internal stairs, there is a double bed. The five-bed studio also has a single bed located in the living room under the stairs.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets. Guests have access to a TV, free WiFi internet, and a hairdryer. All kitchens are equipped the same. They have a small oven with three burners, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a dining table. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.

All accommodation units are located on the ground floor, with direct access to a private veranda overlooking the street. One four-bed studio is located at the back of the house, while one four-bed and one five-bed studio are located at the front of the house. All verandas have a table with chairs for sitting. The accommodation does not have a yard, but a fenced concrete area around the house.

Pets are not allowed.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the apartments. Linen and towel change is done every 5 days. The accommodation offers a laundry service. The extra charge for the service is 5 euros.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street, a free parking space can be found.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
