Hotel Description

The accommodation is located less than 100m from the sandy beach Golden beach, on the left side of the main street. Soti Villa is quite large, but mostly the rooms are managed by agencies.

For online reservations, one apartment with two bedrooms, one quadruple studio, three triple studios, and one double studio are available. All accommodation units are located on the first floor.

Two-bedroom apartment (50m2) - consists of two double beds and one single bed. This apartment overlooks the street and the sea. There is a kitchen in one bedroom and a bathroom in the other.
Quadruple studio (25m2) - consists of one double bed and two single beds and overlooks the mountain and the courtyard.
Triple studios (17-20m2) - consist of a double bed and a single bed. One triple studio overlooks the sea and the street, while the others overlook the mountain.
Double studio (15m2) - consists of a double bed and overlooks the street and the sea.

Cleaning is done every two days, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

The courtyard is of medium size and includes a space with a built-in barbecue and a gazebo.

Parking is public, next to the street and the villa, and, as the owners say, there is no congestion during the summer.

The easiest way to reach the villa is by turning towards Golden Beach when entering the village of Panagia from the direction of Limenas. Just keep driving straight and when you pass Hotel Enavlion, Hatzoudis Villa, and Studios Lia in succession, you will see Studios Soti on the left.

Soti Villa is ideal if you want accommodation near Golden beach. It is not luxurious, the furniture is classic wooden, but it is clean and perfect for a peaceful family vacation. It is located in a very good location, just a minute away from a large sandy beach with a long shallow water.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
