Our description

Soti Villa is a family-run accommodation located less than 100m from the sandy Golden Beach. Accommodations in this part of the island are known to be more expensive and Soti is one of the few with affordable rates. Near the villa there is a market, as well as a bakery.

The accommodation is located less than 100m from the Golden Beach, on the left side of the main street. Soti Villa is quite big, but most of the rooms have travel agencies.

For online bookings are available: two bedroom apartment, one four-bed studio, three three-bed and one two-bed studio. All accommodation units are located on the first floor.

• 2 Bedroom apartment (50m2) - consists of two double beds and one single bed. This apartment has sea and street view.

• Four-bed studio (25m2) - consists of one double bed and two single beds and it has mountain and garden view.

• Three-bed studios (17-20m2) - consist of a double bed and one single bed. One three-bed studio has sea and street view, while other studios has mountain view.

• Two-bed studio (15m2) - consists of a double bed and it has sea and street view.

Cleaning is done every two days and the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

The yard is medium size and includes an area with built-in barbecue with gazebo.

Parking is public, next to the street and villa and as the owners say, it's not busy even during the summer.

The easiest way to get to the villa is by entering the village of Panagia from the direction of Limenas and turning to Golden Beach. Just keep driving straight and when you pass the Enavlion Hotel, Hatzoudis Villa and Lia Studios, you will see Soti Studios on your left.

Soti Villa is ideal if you want an accommodation near the Golden beach. It's not luxurious, it has classic wooden furniture, but it is clean and ideal for a quiet family holiday. It's situated on very good location, just a minute away from the large sandy beach with a long shoal.

Studios Soti are located close to one of the most beautiful beaches of Thassos, the Golden Beach (Chrissi Ammoudia). Only 50 meters from the crystal clear waters, 10 meters from the bus stop and within walking distance of the supermarkets, taverns, bars and internet cafes, you will not miss out on anything.

Studios Soti consist of 10 studios and 1 apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

- 2 studio rooms on the first floor with street view and partial sea view (number of beds: 3)
- 3 studio rooms on the first floor with mountain view and partial street view (number of beds: 3)
- 1 studio room with 2 balconies and mountain view (number of beds: 3)
- 2 studio rooms with mountain view (number of beds: 4)
- 2 studio rooms on the ground floor in the yard (number of beds: 3)
- 1 apartment on the first floor with street view and sea view (number of beds: 6)

The rooms are equipped with:

All rooms have sea or mountain views and the studios have a small garden. Breakfast is included and BBQ facilities are included as well should you wish to use it. The rooms/studios can facilitate between 2 and 6 guests and parking is available at no extra charge.

Thassos is famous for the greenery of its landscape, the natural beauty and the beautiful beaches. You can enjoy bike rides or walks through the pine covered hills; alternatively, you can enjoy fishing or water sports or simply lazing around on the beach.

HIKING: Ipsario, the highest point of Thassos is visible from all around the island and awaits the experienced hikers to enjoy the stunning views from the summit. The most popular start point for the walk is from the village of Potamia where there is a well sign-posted path leading to the top. There is a network of paths connecting the villages of Panagia, Potamia to the peak from the east side; the villages of Kallirachi, Prinos and Kazaviti on the west while on the south are the villages of Maries and Theologos.

BIKE RIDING: If you are looking for a bike ride, you don`t need to be an experienced biker. Follow the scenic route and you will be pleasantly surprised by the unspoiled countryside.

WATER SPORTS: Thassos is the ideal place to explore the blue waters of Aegean and its diverse coastline. You can book scuba diving trips with qualified divers. This way you can discover the vast array of marine life that flourishes in these waters. Should you wish to explore the more remote parts of the island, boat trips are available.
