Hotel Description

Hotel Stratos is located in the center of picturesque Afytos. It has 48 modern and renovated (2016) rooms for 1-4 people, on bed and breakfast basis. The amenities include a pool with a part for children and a snack bar. The hypermarket Lidl, open on Sunday, is about 800m away.

The closest non-arranged beach (sand and pebbles) is at a 15-minute walk (about 700m)away. The nearest grocery store, bakery and a restaurant are a minute walk from the hotel, while it takes about 2-3 minutes to reach the center. More about beaches in Afytos you can read here.

They offer various types of rooms, single (10m2), double (14m2) and executive (18m2), as well as family (35m2), senior (35m2) and junior suite (27m2) set in five buildings.

All rooms are air-conditioned, have a TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a mini-bar and a terrace (except for one double room that has a sitting area in the back). The internet is available only in communal areas.

Breakfast is served from 8:30-10:30.

The reception is open from 8:00-22:30. Check-in is scheduled from 14:00-22:30 and check-out is from 8:00-12:00.

Cleaning is done every day, the towels are replaced after two days and the bed linen after three days.

Guests can enjoy swimming in the pool from 10:00-22:00. There’s also a shower.

Use of the safe is subject to an additional charge.

Private parking is available and is subject to a surcharge. Hotel confirmation of availability is required at the time of booking.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 3 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Hotel confirmation is required to reserve a parking space (due to limited numbers).
Minimum stay is three nights, except in the period from ¹⁵⁄₆-¹³⁄₉ is five nights.
Children up to the 5 years old stay for free if they use existing beds.
