Owners description
Sivota Homes Luxury is a modernly furnished ground-floor apartment with a mountain view, 200m from Zavia beach and 600m from Mega Ammos beach.
It has a bedroom with one double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, bathroom with a shower cabin and a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, coffee maker, fridge and complete dishes. It's air-conditioned and includes a TV, hairdryer, towels and a terrace with a seating area, while a baby cot is available upon request.
There's no private parking, but it's possible to park on the street near the accommodation.
Pets are welcome.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
