Owners description
Our village called Sivota located 25km away from the city of Igoumenitsa.
Efi and Zoi Apartments is the accommodation at a short distance from the central square and offers cosy and bright units for 2-5 people. Colourful, with elegant furniture, large verandas and completely homely atmosphere, nicely arranged, with a TV, A/C, refrigerator, coffee maker and neat kitchen with all the necessities.
Double and triple studios are comfortable and bright, with large open space for 2-3 people. Family apartments have a huge open space and accommodate 2-5 people. Colourful, with tastefully furnished terraces and completely homely atmosphere, our units are surrounded by a lush garden and equipped with a TV, A/C, fridge, kitchen, free wireless internet and a bathroom.
Our village offers many sunny beaches with beautiful clear water. There are plenty of wonderful islands that you can visit by boat.
Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
