Blue Residences is located just 50 m from the sea, in the immediate vicinity of the beach situated directly across from the accommodation. It is located outside the town, in a peaceful and pleasant environment, away from the hustle and bustle and noise, providing guests with ideal conditions for a relaxing and carefree holiday. The proximity to the coast further enhances the appeal of the location, with the sea and beach practically within easy reach. The accommodation units are spacious, well-maintained and modernly furnished, with pleasant interiors offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The landscaped yard provides a pleasant corner for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Thanks to its peaceful location and immediate proximity to the sea, Blue Residences is an excellent choice for guests who wish to combine relaxation by the coast with exploring the surrounding area. There are numerous beautiful beaches nearby, making the accommodation a convenient base for discovering and exploring this part of Greece.

The property offers two studios located on the ground floor and one apartment on the first floor.

The studios are suitable for a maximum of three adults. They consist of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. Each studio has a double bed and a folding armchair.

The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via external stairs, and is suitable for a maximum of four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa suitable for two people.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, Smart TV, a hairdryer and an iron, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four glass-ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster.

Depending on the floor on which the accommodation unit is located, guests have access to either a balcony or a veranda with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, relaxing and spending time in the fresh air. A special touch is provided by the beautifully landscaped and fenced yard, featuring pleasant shaded areas, comfortable outdoor seating, sun loungers and a barbecue, making it ideal for a carefree holiday and enjoyable moments with family and friends.

Small pets are allowed at an additional charge, allowing guests to bring their pets on holiday and enjoy their time together without having to be separated during the trip.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment themselves. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation, while guests are responsible for changing them. A mandatory additional fee for final cleaning applies to all reservations at this accommodation.

There is no private parking, but a free parking space can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
