Thanks to its exceptional location, just 190 meters from the beach and close to all key amenities, this accommodation is an ideal choice for couples and families seeking comfort, convenience, and a pleasant vacation.

The offer includes studios situated on the first or second floor of a building without an elevator. They are equipped with two double beds or a combination of one double bed and bunk beds, making them suitable for accommodating up to four adults.

All studios are air-conditioned and provide guests with free WiFi, a TV, and a kitchen for preparing light meals, which includes an induction stovetop and a refrigerator with a freezer.

Each studio features a private balcony with seating arrangements. The balcony offers a lovely view of the surroundings and is perfect for enjoying the fresh air.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. For stays of ten days or longer, on the fifth day, a replacement set of bed linens is provided for guests to change themselves. Towels are not provided at this accommodation.

Guests arriving by their own vehicles can easily find public parking nearby, ensuring a worry-free arrival and a convenient stay while exploring the surroundings.

Small pets are allowed and included in the price.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
