Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for ToroniSunset Studios is the accommodation on the promenade in Toroni, above the Vuthos Bar, at just 10m from the sandy beach, so some of the accommodation units have a fantastic sea view. It offers very clean accommodation to its guests and a pleasant holiday with excellent price and quality ratio.
The accommodation consists of eight accommodation units earlier built, and four brand new apartments located on the top floor.. On the ground floor, there are one triple and a quadruple duplex apartment. The triple apartment has one double and a single bed in the bedroom, and a separate kitchen. The quadruple duplex apartment has one double i.e two single beds in the bedrooms and a separate kitchen. There are two triple studios on the first floor, with a sea view, one double and a single bed. Three double studios (one with the sea view) have one double bed, while one quadruple duplex apartment (4+1) with a sea view has one double i.e two single beds in the bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the room with the kitchen.
The newly built apartments (No. 9, 10, 11 and 12) are with a sea view. They consist of separate bedroom with one doble bed, and one another room with kitchen, one single bed, and one sofa. The kitchen in the new apartments is equipped with a two-burner built-in ceramic hob and a large refrigerator with freezer, while in the bathroom there is a glass shower.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, bathroom, kitchen and a balcony with awning. Studios have a stove and a small refrigerator, while apartments feature a stove and a large refrigerator. Hairdryer does not exist in all accommodation units, but it's available upon request. Bed linen and towels are replaced every fifth day.
Stay of children under 7 years old is not allowed.
Guests can use the barbecue. Private parking is available but limited to nine spaces, so other guests can park in front of the accommodation.
With a purchased drink, you can use umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach in front of the accommodation.
After entering Toroni, drive along the beach until you reach Vuthos Bar. Sunset Studios is located above the bar.
The nearest store is at about 50m. The accommodation was renovated in 2015 and it's ideal for families with children and couples who'd want to be to be close to all the amenities.

Owners description
Sunset Studios are located in beautiful Toroni, in front of the beach, 140km from Thessaloniki Greece. The beach is over 3km long and its natural beauty and crystal clear water make the place an attractive proposition for your summer holidays.
Studios are fully equipped and they accommodate 2-4 persons. Another option is an apartment with two bedrooms that accommodates 4-5 people. Studios have been recently renovated and they are equipped with air conditioning, TV, kitchenette and bathroom.
On the ground floor, there's a cafeteria with sunbeds on the beach where you can enjoy your breakfast or a drink while admiring the sea view and the sun.

Just behind the main building, on the same piece of land, there's a spacious studio with one double and a single bed. There's also one duplex apartment with two separate bedrooms (with one double i.e two single beds). Both of the apartments have a separate and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, SAT-TV, A/C, WiFi internet and a balcony where you can sit and enjoy your meal.
The apartments were fully refurbished in the beginning of 2015. They are at only a few meters from the beach, therefore their ideal location makes them perfect for your holiday.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sunset studios su na najboljoj lokaciji u Toroniju, u centralnom delu mesta. Kao porodica ( sa detetom od 9 godina ), bili smo smešteni u trokrevetnom studiju sa pogledom na more. Odličan studio, dovoljno prostora, velika terasa, kupatilo nešto manje ali čisto, kuhinjski deo po grčkim standardima ali dovoljan za osnovne potrebe. Opremljena indukcionom pločom sa dve ringle i osnovnim priborom-tanjiri, escajg, daska za sečenje, šolje, čaše... Sobe se zaista redovno čiste, svakog 3. dana se menjaju peškiri i posteljina. Sapun u toaletu i toalet papir će vas sačekati pri ulasku u studio. Klima odlično radi, vrata imaju komarnike i roletne a na terasi je tenda kojom se daljinski upravlja iz udobnosti sobe. Wifi odličan, kako u smestaju tako i u beach baru. Tv programi su većinom na nemačkom, srpskih pa čak ni onih na engleskom-nema. U sklopu objekta se nalazi ( u prizemlju ) omanji kafe sa šankom, iz kojeg nikada nećete čuti jaku muziku. Vlasnik poseduje i beach bar, koji se nalazi na samo par koraka od objekta ( predje se uska ulica ), na veoma čistom i uredjenom delu plaže. Cene su pristojne, kao i konobari. U ponudi su sva pića i odredjena hrana tipa sendviča. Cela porodica ( vlasnici objekta ) vredno radi svakoga dana, fantastičan odnos prema svim gostima... Objekat ima obezbedjen parking u zadnjem delu kuće, jasno ogradjen i obeležen. Inače, u objektu su boravila i deca mladja od 8 godina, iako u opisu na Nikana.gr piše da ne mogu. Vlasnici su tu stalno tako da za vozila nema brige. Sunset studios su za svaku preporuku, opet bi se vratili vrlo rado.
