Hotel Description

Sunset Studios is the accommodation on the promenade in Toroni, above the Vuthos Bar, at just 10m from the sandy beach, so some of the accommodation units have a fantastic sea view. It offers very clean accommodation to its guests and a pleasant holiday with excellent price and quality ratio.

The accommodation consists of eight accommodation units earlier built, and four brand new apartments located on the top floor.. On the ground floor, there are one triple and a quadruple duplex apartment. The triple apartment has one double and a single bed in the bedroom, and a separate kitchen. The quadruple duplex apartment has one double i.e two single beds in the bedrooms and a separate kitchen. There are two triple studios on the first floor, with a sea view, one double and a single bed. Three double studios (one with the sea view) have one double bed, while one quadruple duplex apartment (4+1) with a sea view has one double i.e two single beds in the bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the room with the kitchen. The newly built apartments (No. 9, 10, 11 and 12) are with a sea view. They consist of separate bedroom with one doble bed, and one another room with kitchen, one single bed, and one sofa. The kitchen in the new apartments is equipped with a two-burner built-in ceramic hob and a large refrigerator with freezer, while in the bathroom there is a glass shower.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, bathroom, kitchen and a balcony with awning. Studios have a stove and a small refrigerator, while apartments feature a stove and a large refrigerator. Hairdryer does not exist in all accommodation units, but it’s available upon request. Bed linen and towels are replaced every fifth day.

Stay of children under 7 years old is not allowed.

Guests can use the barbecue. Private parking is available but limited to nine spaces, so other guests can park in front of the accommodation.

With a purchased drink, you can use umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach in front of the accommodation.

After entering Toroni, drive along the beach until you reach Vuthos Bar. Sunset Studios is located above the bar.

The nearest store is at about 50m. The accommodation was renovated in 2015 and it’s ideal for families with children and couples who’d want to be to be close to all the amenities.

Everything is perfect; the hosts are exceptionally kind. The prices at the beach are slightly higher than in other places.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Stays for persons younger than 7 years are not approved.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
