Hotel Description

Pirates Studio is located in the picturesque seaside town of Olympiada, on the east coast of the Aegean Sea, in Strimonikos Bay. Located in the central part, just 50 meters from the beach, it offers you a pleasant vacation and a relaxed summer atmosphere.

This studio is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children up to the age of sixteen. In its composition, it has a sleeping room, in which there is a double bed and a sofa for two people, a kitchen and a bathroom.

In this air-conditioned facility, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hair dryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a two-burner stove, a microwave oven, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a toaster.

The studio has a balcony with a view of the sea and the surrounding area, where you can enjoy pleasant moments with the sounds of the waves and the smell of the sea. The balcony is equipped with seating.

On request, and within the price, pets are welcome.

During their stay, the guests take care of cleaning the apartment themselves, while the bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day. A service cleaning option is possible, which is charged additionally.

A parking space is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free space for your vehicle can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Pirates Studios is located 13 km from Stavros, 22 km from Asprovalta, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 100 km from the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
