A paradise in Halkidiki: The suites are located on the first peninsula of Halkidiki and particular in the limits Kallithea Kriopigi, Toroneos bay. Luxurious villas located 70m from the sea and surrounded by forest! The surrounding area offers MINI MARKET, tennis, watersports, KART, ATM (bank), spa, beach equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, cinema, restaurants, beach bar, live music. The luxurious villas feature furnished balconies, air-conditioned rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, second WC, lounge, satellite LCD TV and free WiFi internet.

RESIDENCE 1: It is on the ground floor of the villa that is in the middle of the plot. It has three bedrooms, a living room with part of it a kitchen, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, a WC and a storeroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, the third one has two single beds. There is a balcony in front of the apartment with sea view. There is also a private garden. The total area of the apartment is about 110m2.

RESIDENCE 2: It is on the ground floor of the upper villa of the plot. It has four bedrooms, a living room with part of it a kitchen, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, a WC and a storeroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, the third one has two single beds and the fourth one has a single bed. There is a balcony in front of the apartment with sea view. There is also a private garden. The total area of the apartment is about 140m2.

RESIDENCE 3: It is a maisonette on the first and the second floor of the upper villa of the plot. It has two bedrooms, a living room with part of it a kitchen, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, a WC and a store room. On the first floor is the living room with the kitchen and the WC. On the second floor are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second one has two single beds and another two single beds under them. The maisonette has four balconies. Three of them have sea view. The total area of the residence is about 110m2.

There are three villas on the same plot. The villa that is situated in the middle of the plot, has an apartment on the ground floor, RESIDENCE 1, RESIDENCE 2 and RESIDENCE 3 are in the villa that is οn the upper side of the plot. RESIDENCE 2 is an apartment on the ground floor of this villa and RESIDENCE 3 is a maisonette on the first and the second floor. All residences are fully equipped with furniture, satellite LED TV, free WiFi internet access, kitchen equipment, fireplace, heating, code key entrance, alarm, safety box, parking and residences 1 and 2 have their own garden. All bedrooms have closets and air conditions. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week with the extra fee of cleanliness.

Our villas are next to the 5-star hotel and spa Aegean Melathron in the middle of the distance to Kallithea and Kriopigi villages. They are located about 75km far away from Thessaloniki Airport (SKG). In the distance of 200m, there are mini-market, ATM, restaurants and Greek Taverns, tourist shops and nightclubs. The way to the beach is about 70m. It is one of the best beaches in Halkidiki with white sand and blue clear water, organized with sun beds and umbrellas.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
