It was a wonderful vacation, and we will definitely return. We enjoyed the courtyard, the beach, and the natural shade the most. The beach is sandy, although not cleaned, so there are remnants of branches and needles. The sand in the water is lovely, it's shallow, and the water is warm. There were small waves. Occasionally, the water gets murky, but it is mostly clear. We had free sun loungers and an umbrella provided, as well as a dining table in the courtyard by the beach. However, we only had 2 loungers for 4 of us. The loungers are large, white, but uncomfortable. A tip for all future guests is to bring a soft mat to lay down, and then relaxation is guaranteed. There is also an outdoor shower in the courtyard, but no cabin or external toilet, which is a plus when it comes to the first and last days. We received clean towels every 5 days. They did not change the bed linens, and we stayed for 14 days. The apartment was comfortable compared to other Greek apartments we have stayed in. The kitchen is functional, and nothing was missing. The beds were slightly uncomfortable. The terrace was large, and we had enough space to dine and enjoy there. The view of the sea is blocked by a large tree that provides natural shade for lounging on the beach. The windows had intact mosquito nets. The owners were very kind. One evening, we saw a bug in the apartment. We sprayed it with Raid, and we didn't see any more bugs. Everything is completely tailored for relaxation and enjoyment, without the need to go anywhere. Sithonia, of course, has beautiful beaches, but we enjoyed it here so much that we only set aside 2 days for sightseeing. The nearest town is Nikiti, which is nice to visit in the evening. As accommodation for exploring Sithonia, it's not well positioned since it's at the very entrance of the peninsula, so it takes about 90 minutes by car to reach some of the most beautiful beaches. But if you're looking for a place where you have everything and don't want to move, just relax, then this is definitely the right choice. Mostly families with children come here. I hope this comment helps someone make a decision. We all agreed as a family that, despite a few minor flaws, we definitely think this was our best vacation.

An excellent accommodation for a true vacation, a beautiful courtyard, and a beach right in front. Sun loungers and tables are available... A true delight, an escape from stress and crowds.

The accommodation (I’m referring to apartment number 8) is more than modest. The apartment is tiny, spread over two levels. To reach the second level, where there are two beds, you have to climb a ladder, and it’s impossible to stand upright because the ceiling is low. On the ground floor, there are two beds, a small wardrobe, and a mini kitchen with an absolutely unusable small high table and two bar stools. In fact, it’s merely a cramped sleeping area with a terrace, which is the only space where you can sit. The terrace overlooks the beach, which is fine. The area around the house is clean and nicely arranged, with plenty of tables and benches. The greatest advantage of this house, in my opinion, is the huge old pine tree that provides natural shade. The entrance to the sea is perfect for children, as the shallow area is quite long. There are those who enjoy it. I do not. The beach is acceptable, but it could use some cleaning from the grass; it somewhat resembles a riverbank :) All in all, it could be much better :)

A beautiful accommodation with a stunning view of the beach. The owners are exceptionally friendly and always at your service. The apartments are clean, featuring terraces that overlook the sea. It is an excellent place for families with children to relax.

The apartment we stayed in (number 5) is spacious and features a large terrace. The kitchen is adequately equipped, containing essentially everything one might need. Personally, I only missed a kettle for boiling water. Towels are changed every five days, and at that time you can also request new bedding, which you will change yourself. If you dirty the apartment, you have all the equipment to clean it yourself, as no one else will do it for you :D What we liked the most was the courtyard with plenty of natural shade that connects to a reasonably nice sandy beach. The sea and the beach are decent; there are much prettier ones, but this beach is free of crowds, making it ideal for those of us visiting with children. The shallows are long, and the sea is relatively calm since it is a bay. The place itself isn’t anything extraordinary, but it has everything you need: a promenade, a variety of restaurants, well-equipped markets, and the prices are quite reasonable. For those seeking a wild party, it’s definitely not the place :D. For the rest of us who crave peace, quiet, and relaxation, it’s a perfect match!

If the accommodation were a bit more comfortable and the beds a little larger, this would be an ideal place for a vacation. The location is excellent, and the garden offers pleasant shade. The accommodation unit itself is somewhat smaller and lacks a bit of comfort considering the rental price. In terms of hospitality and hygiene, everything is in order.

Regarding the accommodation itself, that is, the location where it is situated, it is truly beautiful. However, the sea is not nearly as lovely as in other places and beaches; it resembles the Danube, being filled with grass and jellyfish.

The accommodation is decent, but the exterior, such as the courtyard and the access to the beach and the sea right nearby, is truly beautiful. It is ideal for families with small children, and the natural shade is invaluable. The hosts are very kind and approachable. We are extremely satisfied.

We wanted a vacation that required no more than 50 steps to the sea, and that is exactly what we received. The hosts were more than kind; they were wonderful people.

I would choose this vacation again, specifically this destination.
