Accommodation description
Aiolos Villa is located on the beach in the family resort called Psakoudua. It’s a neat and regularly maintained complex equipped with all that’s needed for a pleasant stay. Comfortable accommodation units, sandy beach with natural shade, free sun beds and guaranteed private parking space - are just some of the amenities that guests of this villa enjoy.
The centre of the village, with its promenade and the modest range of amenities offered by this small resort (a few tavernas, restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets and tourist shops), is located approximately 200 metres away.
The complex consists of two buildings with apartments and studios for four or five people.
In the larger building, on the first floor, there are apartments No. 1, 2 and 3, each accommodating four people. They feature a bedroom with one double bed and a separate room with a kitchen and two additional single beds. On the second floor, there are apartments No. 4, 5 and 6, accommodating five people. These apartments are arranged on two levels. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with one double bed and a smaller living area with a kitchen and a sofa, while the upper level, on the gallery, offers sleeping space for two more people in two single beds.
In the same building, at the back of the house on the semi-basement level (a few steps below ground level), there is another apartment for four people (A3). This accommodation unit has a double bed in a separate bedroom and two single beds in the room with a fully equipped kitchen. At the front of the building, also on the semi-basement level, there is apartment A2, which is equipped in the same way as apartment A3. These two apartments are not available for rent during the 2027 season.
In the smaller building, on the second floor, there are studios No. 7 and 8, each accommodating four people. The living area with a kitchen has sleeping arrangements for two people, while the gallery provides sleeping space for two more. These include two single beds on the gallery, which is located in the attic, and a single bed with an additional pull-out trundle bed on the lower level, which can also be used as a double bed.
On the first floor, there is the new and largest apartment, No. 9. It has a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a kitchen, where there is a sofa bed for two people. It is suitable for a maximum of four adults.
All apartments offer sea views, some direct and others partial, as the canopy of a tree on the beach obstructs part of the view. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary kitchenware, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a mini oven with hotplates, while the bathrooms have showers enclosed by a low wall, without curtains. The apartments are air-conditioned and have a TV, mosquito screens and a spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Wi-Fi is available on the terrace and in the garden. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels are changed every five days, and guests are responsible for keeping the apartments clean during their stay. Pets are not allowed.
Upon request, guests can borrow a toaster and a coffee maker from the owner during their stay.
The garden has plenty of greenery and natural shade, which is also available on the beach in front of the accommodation. Guests are provided with sun loungers that they can take down to the beach and set up wherever they wish. Sun umbrellas are also available but must be requested from the owner in advance. There is a barbecue in the garden, along with several outdoor seating sets, and plenty of space for children to play. There are enough parking spaces around the villa for all guests.
After turning off the main road towards Psakoudia, continue for approximately 350 metres, then turn right towards the beach and follow the unpaved road for another 100 metres until you reach Aiolos Villa, situated right on the beach.
