Hotel Description

Aiolos Villa is located on the beach in the family resort called Psakoudua. It’s a neat and regularly maintained complex equipped with all that’s needed for a pleasant stay. Comfortable accommodation units, sandy beach with natural shade, free sun beds and guaranteed private parking space - are just some of the amenities that guests of this villa enjoy.

The city center with a promenade and the whole modest offer of this small town (several taverns, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and touristic shops) is about 200m away.

The complex consists of two buildings with apartments and studios for four or five persons.

In the large house, on the first floor, there are quadruple apartments no. 1, 2 and 3. They have a bedroom with one double bed and a room with a kitchen and two single beds. On the second floor, there are quintuple apartments no. 4, 5 and 6. These apartments have two levels, the ground floor with a bedroom with one double bed and a small living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed, and the gallery with two single beds. In this building, on the backside of the house, there is a semi-based quadruple apartment A3 (a few steps below the ground level). This accommodation unit has one double bed in a separate bedroom, as well as two single beds in the room with a fully equipped kitchen. On the frontside of the house there is one more semi-based apartment A2, which is equipped exactly like A3.

In the small house, on the second floor there are the quadruple studios no.7 and no.8. On the first level they have a room with a kitchen and one single bed with a drawer bed, so it can be used as a double bed as well. On the upper level is a loft with two single beds.

A new and the biggest apartment no. 9 is located on the first floor. It has a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a kitchen and two sofa beds.

All apartments have a sea view - direct or partial because the tree on the beach blocks it. Their kitchens are equipped with necessary dishes, refrigerator with freezer compartment and mini-oven with hotplates. In the bathroom, there’s an edged showering area without curtain. The apartments are air-conditioned, they have a TV, mosquito nets and a large terrace with table and chairs. WiFi internet is available on the terrace and in the courtyard. The replacement of bed linen is performed once a week, towels are replaced after five days, while the guests themselves maintain the hygiene in the apartments. Pets are not allowed.

If guests wish so, they can use a toster and a coffee-machine during their stay, but it is necessary to ask the owners for this.

In the courtyard, there’s plenty of greenery and shade, as well as on the beach in front. For this reason, guests are provided with sun beds that can be taken and placed on the beach. Sun umbrellas are available upon prior request. In the courtyard, there’s a barbecue and several sitting sets and plenty of space for children to play. There’s enough parking space around the villa.

After turning off the road to Psakoudia and after a short drive of about 350m, turn right towards the beach and continue for 100m following unpaved road that’ll lead you the villa Aiolos located on the beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
