Elena Apartments is located in the center of Nea Iraklitsa, just 50 meters away from the sandy beach. Equipped with apartments and studios, besides its prime location, the affordable prices also attract a large number of guests.
The nearest shop is situated at a distance of 60 meters, while the large Masoutis market is about 150 meters away.
The accommodation was built in 1990, but investments are made in it every year. The villa features six duplex apartments, one single-bedroom apartment, and three studios.
Ground Floor:
4 Bed Apartment, Ground Floor, No. 7 - features three single beds and a pull-out armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and stove. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a curtain. The apartment covers an area between 38-40 m2.
2 Bed Studio, No. 9 - includes two single beds and has an area of about 22m2. The bathroom has a shower cabin and is separated by sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped and has a small oven, hob, and a small fridge, with the terrace overlooking the street in front of the villa.
3 Bed Studio, No. 8 - consists of a double bed and a pull-out armchair, with an area of about 22m2. It features a bathroom with a shower cabin, separated by sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped and contains a small oven, hob, and a small fridge. The studio also has a terrace with a view of the street in front of the villa.
3 Bed Studio, No. 10 - this studio, which has been available since the 2019 season, faces the street and has a spacious terrace. It is modernly furnished and has a double bed and a pull-out armchair. This unit covers an area of about 20 m2.
First Floor:
On the first floor, in addition to the owner’s residence, there are two more duplex apartments (#2 and #3).
2 Bedroom Apartment (4+1), No. 2 - the apartment consists of two single beds in one bedroom, while the other bedroom has two single beds, with the possibility of adding a pull-out armchair if needed. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a stove and large fridge, while the bathroom has a shower cabin with a curtain.
2 Bedroom Apartment, No. 3 - the apartment has two double beds (one in each bedroom), with the option for the owners to add a pull-out armchair if needed. The separate kitchen is equipped with a stove and large fridge, while the bathroom has a shower cabin with a curtain. This apartment is identical to apartment number 6 and has been renovated.
Second Floor:
2 Bedroom Apartment (4+1), No. 4- this 50m2 apartment has two single beds, as well as two sofas, with the option for the owners to add a pull-out armchair if necessary.
2 Bedroom Apartment (4+1), No. 5 - the 50m2 apartment has four single beds, as well as a pull-out armchair that is inserted as needed.
2 Bedroom Apartment, No. 6 - the 60m2 apartment consists of two double beds (one in each bedroom), and the owner can add a pull-out armchair if needed. This apartment is identical to apartment number 3 and has been renovated.
The apartments can accommodate up to four adults and one child. All apartments have separate terraces.
All units have views of the courtyard or the street. Some terraces even offer a glimpse of the sea.
Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes are done every three days. Guests have access to a washing machine, a large iron press, and a standard iron. The owner also provides a safe where guests can store their valuables.
The villa has a courtyard with seating sets and a shower.
Guests can find parking in nearby streets.
If you are looking for decent and comfortable accommodation in the center, very close to the beach, shops, taverns, and promenades, Elena Apartments can be a good choice.

The host was extremely kind, the accommodation is in an excellent location, everything was clean and well maintained, only the wifi was quite weak, except at the edge of the terrace........
