Our description
Elena Apartments are located in the center of Nea Iraklitsa, just 50m far from the sandy beach. Nice studios and apartments, apart of great location, attract many guests with afordable prices.
The closest shop is 60m away while hipermarket Masoutis is 150m away.
Accommodation was built in 1990. but every few years the owners are renovating something. It offers 6 duplex apartments, one classic apartment and 3 studios. The owners live in one of the duplex apartments (no 1, first floor).
On the first floor, except for the apartment no 1, there are two more duplex apartment (#2 and #3) while on the second floor are the 3 more (#4, #5 and #6),
Duplex apartments have around 50m2. Three apartments have two singles in one of the bedrooms while another bedroom has one single and folding sofa for two. The other two apartments have two singles in first bedroom and in second bedroom is single bed + folding sofa without standard mattress. If needed, the owner can add an extra bed (folding chair). The owner has two of them so you need to reserve it when making your reservation. Kitchen is separates and has big fridge and cooker. Bathroom has shower with a curtain. All the apartments have separated balkonies.
4 Bed Apartment (3+1), Ground Floor - apartment #7 is on the ground floor. It has tree singl beds and folding arm chair. Kitchen is equipped and has big fridge and cooker. Bathrom has shower with a curtain. Apartment has 38-40m2.
3 Bed Studio (2+1), Ground Floor and 2 Bed Studio, Ground Floor - studios #8 and #9 are situated on the ground floor, they have separated balkonies and street view. They are the same inside, the only difference is that #8 has one double bed and folding chair while #9 has two single beds. Units have around 22m2. Bathroom has shower cabin and it is separated with a slide door. Kitchen has small oven, stove and small fridge.
From 2019. there will be one more studio in the ground floor, street view (#10). This studio is modernly decorated, it has double bed and folding chair. It has spacious terrace. This unit has around 20m2.
All units have garden or street view. From some balconies you can see sea a little bit.
Cleaning, change of towels and linen is done every three days. Washing machine can be used, big iron press and standard iron also. The owner have one safe box which can be used.
Garden has a shower and outdoor seating.
Parking can be found around the streets near the accommodation.
If you want nice accommodation in the center of a place, very close to the beach, Elena Apartments can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

U potpunosti smo zadovoljni smeštajem. Studio u kome smo bili( br.9) sadrži sve što je potrebno za dve osobe. Higijena je na izuzetnom nivou. Domaćin Spiro je veoma ljubazan .

Veoma dobar smeštaj na dobroj loakciji, kod veoma zanimljivog i temperamentnog Spirosa.Smeštaj je čist i konforan, terase velike, od pribora ima svega potrebno.Lokacija je odlična, mesto je veoma neobično i zanimljivo, skroz drugačije od mesta na Halkidikiju, mene više podseća na mesta na Jonskom moru.Spiros-vlasnik je uvek tu kad je potreban, da pronađe parking, da prepopuči ketering, ribarnicu, restoran...da kaže gde su dobre plaže, šta obići, čega se paziti. Sve u svemu jedno veoma lepo letovanje porodice sa 3 deteta.
