Eden Park House is a luxurious villa located in the peaceful town of Sozopoli, just 500 meters from the beach. This three-level maisonette can accommodate up to 15 people, with seven bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a dining area and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a French bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The other bedroom has two single beds.
On the first floor, there is a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with king-size beds, and a bathroom with a toilet.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with king-size beds and a bathroom.
This air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning units in the living and sleeping areas, offers free WiFi, a TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have bathtubs (with or without curtains), and the third bathroom is located outside the house.

A spacious house, just 10 minutes from the beach. The beach is not very well maintained, but there are better beaches located about ten minutes away. The host answered all the questions we had.
