Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Eden Park House is a luxurious villa located in the peaceful town of Sozopoli, just 500 meters from the beach. This three-level maisonette can accommodate up to 15 people, with seven bedrooms and three bathrooms. Guests can enjoy spacious verandas with views of the pool and the sea, as well as a beautifully landscaped garden with a barbecue area. It is ideal for families and groups of friends seeking a luxurious getaway in a tranquil setting.
The property is structured as a three-level maisonette and can host a maximum of 15 people. It consists of seven bedrooms and three bathrooms.
On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a dining area and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a French bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The other bedroom has two single beds.
On the first floor, there is a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with king-size beds, and a bathroom with a toilet.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with king-size beds and a bathroom.
This air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning units in the living and sleeping areas, offers free WiFi, a TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have bathtubs (with or without curtains), and the third bathroom is located outside the house.
Guests can relax and enjoy the view of the garden from the fenced, furnished veranda or balconies. Each room has access to the veranda or balcony.
In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden, guests can enjoy a barbecue with family and friends.
