Owners description
Athitos Cozy Studios are 3 studios, brand new (40m2 each). They have air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi, spacious bathrooms, private balcony, washing machine, equipped kitchen, sofa bed, wardrobe, private parking. Towels are changed every three days and bed linen every five days. Accommodation is a 5-minute drive from the beach. A cot is available on request.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
