It is an understatement to say that we are thrilled. The host of the accommodation is an exceptionally kind and pleasant woman. The cleanliness of the apartment, as well as the house and yard in general, is commendable. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the pictures and contains everything one might need. The beach is just a few steps away, which was very important for us due to the children. Another significant aspect of this place is the parking, which was conveniently located just across from the accommodation. If we ever travel to this area again, we will certainly return to "Afkos Apartments". It is an understatement to say it deserves a perfect score.

Apartment number 8 is clean, beautifully furnished, and the location is excellent. A significant drawback is that the neighboring building is too close; on the ground floor, there is a kitchen with three air conditioning units directed towards the apartment's terrace, making the room uncomfortably warm.

The villa is situated in a fantastic location, with a spacious private parking lot directly across from it. The landlady is exceptionally kind and communicates in Serbian. Everything is nearby.

The apartments are beautifully and modernly furnished, featuring a well-kept courtyard and private parking.

The accommodation is good, clean, and the location is truly excellent. There are a bakery and a market nearby. In front of the accommodation is the worst part of the beach with unpleasant stones in the water; however, about twenty meters away, the stones transition into pebbles, and the situation for entering the sea improves. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Afkos boasts an excellent location, just 50 meters from the beach. It is clean and comfortable. The landlady is very kind and speaks a little Serbian, which is sufficient for basic communication. Parking is secured and enclosed (a significant plus). I highly recommend it, especially for families with small children.

The accommodation is excellent, the location is good, and it is exceptionally clean and tidy. The terraces are spacious and partitioned, with screens on the balcony doors. Perhaps the most important aspect is the provided parking (anyone who has been to Polihron knows the struggle of not having your own parking space). A downside would be the lack of windows in the bathroom (some apartments have them) and the worn-out furniture. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio was excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children who value proximity to the beach.

An excellent accommodation! Highly recommended. The landlady Matoula is very pleasant and wonderful, always ready to help. During the middle of the shift, the rooms are cleaned, everything is extremely tidy and clean, and the rooms are spacious with a terrace that is excellent. We have no complaints. The beach is just 20 meters away from the accommodation, and there is private parking, which is very important in Polihron where the streets are narrow and one-way.

The accommodation is excellent. The landlady is an older woman, very kind. The beach is just 2 minutes away. They have their own parking. The apartments are clean, with a terrace, equipped with a mini kitchen (stove with 2 burners, kettle, sink, refrigerator with a freezer). The bedding is changed regularly.

Clean and tidy, beautifully arranged with modern furnishings, a lovely yard with children's amenities (balls, a bicycle, a scooter, a small drawing table). Every ten days, the bed linens and towels are changed, and the room is thoroughly vacuumed and wiped down. The linens are fragrant and fresh, just like the towels. The kitchen is well-equipped, the terraces are spacious with awnings, and there is a hairdryer available. In the yard, there is a shower and a tap. The hostess is kind and always available to assist. There is an option to obtain a portable crib for children with a mattress. For Greek standards, this is above average.

A comfortable and pleasant accommodation with private parking, which is an important factor since there is limited parking space in the area. If you park on the street, there is always a risk of someone damaging your car. The place is very clean, and the owner is friendly and speaks Serbian.

The app is solid. The only drawback is the limited number of cooking utensils, with just one induction burner, and the absence of a screen on the terrace doors, which leads to a significant number of mosquitoes. Consequently, the air conditioning operates even at night, increasing the electricity consumption for the owner. The terrace is practically unusable as it is sunlit throughout the entire day.

What you see in the picture is exactly what you get: tidy, clean, close to the beach, a beautiful yard, parking, and the landlady is exceptionally kind, doing everything to make you feel at home. All praises.

We encountered a minor issue that was resolved in five minutes. We were greeted by the owner of the apartment and her daughter, who is very kind and speaks English fluently, so there were no communication problems. The apartment is truly just a few steps away from the beach. Numerous restaurants are located nearby, and right next to it is a kiosk where you can buy sandwiches, pancakes, burgers, ice cream... There is also a bakery on the same street, and a market is just five minutes away. Across from the apartment, there is a spacious and well-lit parking area. We have nothing but praise for this accommodation.

We were very pleased with the apartment; the location is excellent, it is clean, the hosts are exceptionally kind, and the terrace is spacious. The internet is excellent.

I am unsure what delights us more. We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation and cleanliness, but most of all with the location and the parking lot across from the apartment. The sea is just a few steps away. The yard is small, yet charming, and we happily enjoyed our morning coffee there with our Ole, who is responsible for keeping Afkos Apartments sparkling clean. Special commendations to the owners for their kindness.

We were accommodated in studio no. 10. It is located on the upper floor, facing the courtyard, with a view of the sea over the rooftops of nearby buildings. It is sufficiently shielded from street noise. The location is such that we left the terrace doors wide open at night and the window open during the day, without any worries. The location is phenomenal, situated in the second row from the beach. There is a designated parking area for guests, located across from the building, illuminated at night. The property is well-maintained, with the stairs, hallways, and courtyard cleaned daily, and the rooms cleaned every five days. The inner courtyard is beautifully arranged, featuring a small lawn, safe for children. The owner and staff are very courteous, always available. The only drawback, if it can be called that, is the small shower cabin. If we decide to vacation in Polihron again (the only complaint is the narrow and crowded beach), we will not change our accommodation.

I have only a few minor complaints: the shower cabin is very small, you cannot turn around, and the curtain sticks to you. There is no WiFi in the room; you have to go out to the terrace. Otherwise, everything else is fine; the apartments are clean and tidy, and the owners are very nice people. Whatever you need, you can ask them. And most importantly, there is private parking available.

The yard is lovely and child-friendly. Parking is provided and spacious. Everything is within reach: a market, pharmacy, and a clinic where they speak Serbian, and the beach is just a few steps away from the accommodation. Prices are almost the same as ours, with some even being cheaper. It is ideal for families with both small and large children.

Highly recommended! My wife, child, and I stayed at this villa at the beginning of July. It was very clean, tidy, and in a great location. The secured parking is a significant advantage in Polihron. The landlady is very accommodating. On the fifth day, the apartment was thoroughly cleaned, the bathroom scrubbed, and the linens and towels replaced. Even the dishes were washed. :) The courtyard is lovely. The only downside is that there could be a bit more kitchenware, like a few more glasses and plates. In the water right in front of the villa, there are stones and sea urchins, but if you go a little further towards Kalithea, you will find two cafes lower down and the water entry is excellent. We give our highest recommendations, best regards!

We had a wonderful time :) Our accommodation was excellent (everything looked just like in the pictures). We enjoyed the courtyard with our baby when we couldn't go to the beach, which is just a few steps away from the apartment - the sandy beach is only 10 meters to the left, while the right side is rocky with sea urchins - so you can choose what you prefer. A solid accommodation with a spacious terrace. Regarding the cleanliness of the apartment and the dishes, it could be improved. The bedding and towels were fine. The hostess was courteous. Wi-Fi was important to us, and the signal in our apartment was good. The location is convenient, close to the beach and promenade, yet peaceful. All in all, it’s not bad.
