Our description
Afkos Apartments is one of the most popular accommodations in Polichrono. Just 30m from the sea, it has 11 clean and comfortable accommodation units for 2-5 people, and in addition to the attractive location, this facility offers a nicely landscaped courtyard with lawn where the youngest usually play, summer house under whose shade you can enjoy morning coffee as well as private parking for all guests.
The center is about 300m away, while the nearest supermarket is at 270m. The nearest bakery is 120m away, and you will find the first restaurants and taverns at just 150m from the accommodation.
The accommodation units are set on the ground and the first floor. The owners live in the basement.
Double studio no. 1 (15m2) is located on the ground floor and it has one double bed and a street view.
Triple studios no. 2-6 (28m2) are set on both floors. They have one double bed, a sofa bed and a partial sea view.
Quadruple studios (Nos. 8, 9, 10, 11) have one double and two bunk beds. Studios no. 9 and 10 are 29m2, while studios no. 8 and 11 are 35m2. Studio no. 8 is located on the first floor, while studios no. 9, 10 and 11 are on the second floor. All four studios have a courtyard view.
Quadruple apartment no. 7 (35m2) is located on the ground floor. It has one double bed in the bedroom and two bunk beds in the kitchen area. In it, the room is separated by a door, while in studios no. 8 and 11 the room is separated by a wooden screen. The apartment can accommodate up to five people because of the drawer bed underneath the lower bunk.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge, hot plates, electric kettle and kitchenware, internet access, TV, safe box, hairdryer and mosquito nets. The bathrooms have a tub with a curtain, and the terraces are comfortable, with a table and chairs.
Time for rest is from 15:00-17:00 and from midnight to 8:00.
The facility was last renovated in 2018, it's very tidy and hygiene is at a high level.
Cleaning as well as towels and sheets replacement is performed every five days. Guests can also clean the units themselves.
The yard is small and nicely landscaped, surrounded by greenery.
Parking is located across the street.

Afkos Hotel Apartments is situated only a few meters away from the beach in the place of Polichrono and comprises of completely equipped apartments (some with a sea view). The object has triple and quadrupled studios and also apartments with two separated rooms for 4-5 persons. Towels are provided and bed linen is replaced after five days.
The complex has a beautiful garden which is an ideal place where children can play and adults socialize.

Large studio number 8 and 11, down floor and upper floor, for four - five persons (two adults + 2 or 3 children). A double bed (160 X 200) and a bed one up on the other (Bunk bed) (90X190) + a couch that becomes bed (80 X 190). Air -condition, small kitchen with stove top, refrigerator and all the necessary cutlery, bathroom with shower, free wi-fi internet, Led television, hair dryer, Safe, balcony with garden view. Towels and bed linen are provided. Baby cot is available on request. (35 square meters).
Apartment number 7, down floor, for four or five persons.( two adults + 2 or 3 children). Double bed in the bedroom (160 X 200) and three beds (90 X 200) one up on the other in the living room with kitchen. Air-condition, small kitchen with stove top refrigerator and all the necessary cutlery, bathroom with shower, free wi-fi internet, Led television, hair dryer, Safe, balcony with garden view. Towels and bed linen are provided. Baby cot is available on request. (35 square meters).
There is a cleaning service, (towels and sheets change) every 5 days. In every room there is also cleaning equipment (broom, dust pan, mop).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 25 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Postovani, da li imate tri slobodna apartmana sa mini kuhinjom u periodu od 05.08.2024 do 12.08.2024 godine za tri porodice. Jedan apartman je za dvoje odraslih i dvoje djece uzrasta 16 godina.Drugi apartman je za dvije odrasle osobe i jedno dijete uzrasta 14 godina.Treći apartman je za dvoje odraslih i dvoje djece uzrasta 15 i 9 godina.Molimo vas da nam dostavite odgovor i koja je cijena smještaja po smještajnoj jedinici.

Afkos ima odličnu lokaciju, 50m je od plaže. Čisto, komforno. Gazdarica ljubazna, priča malo srpski dovoljno za osnovnu kominikaciju. Parking obezbeđen i ograđen (veliki +) za svaku preporuku, naročito za porodice sa malom decom.
