Description
Marelli Villa is situated in the small village of Elani, not far from Siviri, on the western side of Kassandra. Elani Beach, known for its crystal clear water, is located 900m away, while the town of Siviri with its sandy beach and all amenities is 2km away.
The nearest market is at 1.6km, while supermarket Masoutis is 2km away.
Only the right part of the house is available for rent. This apartment, structured as a maisonette on three levels, is intended for a maximum of seven people. On the ground floor, there are a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper level, on the first floor, there is a sleeping area with a double bed on the open gallery and a toilet. In the basement, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and it is worth noting that there are no doors at the top of the staircase.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, fan, Wi-Fi internet, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, washing machine, mosquito nets, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as for changing towels and bed linen, for which an additional clean set is provided, and there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Guests can spend time on the veranda equipped with a seating set and enjoy the view of the sea in the distance.
Parking is available in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, you will see a sign for turning towards Elani, turn and drive 1.9km to the crossroads where you will turn left. After that, drive another 750m following the road and you will arrive in front of Marelli Villa accommodation located on the right side, on a hill. You can leave your car in the parking lot, and the path to the entrance of the accommodation is located at the back, behind the villas.
If you want to enjoy privacy, tranquility, natural surroundings, and a magnificent view of the sea and the surroundings, Marelli Villa is an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
