Broskis Apartment is an accommodation in a quiet location in the village of Skala Furka. It can host up to six people. It offers guests a landscaped and fenced yard within the building complex, as well as a private parking lot. It is an ideal choice for a nice family vacation.

The nearest market is about 230m away, and the beach is about 180m away.

The apartment is on the high ground floor, 8 steps above the ground. It has two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the other two single beds, while in the living room there is a pull-out sofa. The apartment has two balconies, a large one from the living room, which overlooks the courtyard, and a smaller one from the bedroom, which overlooks the neighboring building.

The apartment is air-conditioned, has air conditioning in the living room, internet, TV with Serbian and Macedonian channels, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, has the necessary dishes, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a small stove with two hotplates and an oven, an electric kettle, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

The guests themselves are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation, and for stays longer than 10 nights, in agreement with the owner, it is possible to get a clean set of bed linen and towels.

Pets are not allowed.

The balcony in the yard is equipped with seating set and has an awning.

The guaranteed parking space is located right in front of the entrance to the apartment.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
