Hotel Description

Aya Pool Apartment is located in the village of Kalithea, on the northeast coast of Kassandra, at a distance of 650m from the beautiful sandy beach with numerous bars.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a large fridge with a freezer, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

On warm summer days, overlooking the pool, guests can spend time on the balcony furnished with a seating set. The apartment has two balconies.

Guests have complimentary use of the pool and sun loungers.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for changing them. All reservations include a mandatory cleaning fee.

There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
