Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.

Steluna House, located in the traditional village of Skala Furka on the western coast of Kassandra, offers an ideal location for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday, just 200 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. The proximity to the sea allows days to pass at a leisurely pace, with swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the view of the blue‑green water, while the peaceful surroundings of the village provide a sense of rest far from the city crowds. The accommodation is designed as a pleasant retreat for families and travelers seeking simplicity and comfort, where the coziness of home naturally blends with the charm and atmosphere of a traditional Mediterranean village.

The apartment, a three-level maisonette, provides functional and comfortable space for up to eight adults. On the ground floor, there is a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, as well as a toilet. Interior stairs lead to the second level, the first floor, where two bedrooms and an additional bathroom are located. The third level consists of an attic with an open gallery, giving the space a special atmosphere. The bed arrangement is organized to ensure comfort and flexibility for larger groups of guests. The living room has a sofa that can serve as a bed for one person, both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the attic gallery has three separate single beds.

A baby cot is available to guests upon request and free of charge. This makes travel planning easier for parents and reduces the need for extra luggage. This amenity provides a safe and comfortable place for the child to rest, contributing to a relaxed and carefree stay for the whole family.

The accommodation is designed to provide guests with a high level of comfort and a carefree holiday. Three air conditioners, evenly distributed throughout the space, ensure a pleasant temperature in all rooms even during the hottest summer days. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, suitable for work and organizing daily activities, as well as a television for leisure. Additional convenience is provided by a hairdryer and a washing machine, especially useful during longer stays. The kitchen is functionally equipped and suitable for preparing a variety of meals. It includes a stove with four heating zones and a large oven, a spacious fridge with freezer, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, ideal for quick meals and breakfasts. A dishwasher further eases daily chores and adds to the comfort of the stay.

The apartment offers guests the opportunity to enjoy outdoor living, whether on the veranda or balconies furnished with seating sets. The view of the village and mountain slopes adds to the relaxed atmosphere, while a small part of the yard, simply arranged and surrounded by greenery, provides a quiet corner for rest. A barbecue is also available in the yard, enhancing the stay and allowing for relaxed gatherings outdoors.

Pets are allowed in the apartment with prior arrangement with the owner and an additional fee. Guests arriving with pets are required to pay a security deposit upon check-in, intended to cover potential damages. If no damage occurs during the stay, the deposit is fully refunded upon departure.

During their stay, guests take care of the apartment’s cleanliness themselves, allowing them to adjust daily routines to their own habits and holiday rhythm. If desired, a full cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee. Linen and towel replacement is not included in the basic price but can be provided with prior arrangement with the owner and at an extra charge.

Guests are provided with the convenience of parking within the yard, where two parking spaces are available. This practical option arrives and stays more easily, especially for families or groups traveling with multiple vehicles, as it ensures the car is always close to the accommodation.

Skala Furka is a small and peaceful resort on the western coast of the Kassandra peninsula, ideal for a family holiday.
